This is the first time I have ever left a bad review for any Nalley Fresh location even this location I have been to several times. First of all, the manager was rude and not attentive of my complaint and ignored what I said. I am pregnant and do not need high level of stress. One of the employees was not patient and I saw him roll his eyes and actually was getting impatient when I would tell him how I wanted my mom and I's order. I asked the manager why he didn't say anything or ask me what happened as I told him I didn't feel comfortable with that employee. He proceeded to say he is taking it all in. Also, this location is always not clean tables still dirty! They staff seemed irritated to come and have to clean the table. I also noticed the manager speaking to other people I guess he is friends with? He went to their table 3 or 4 times. That makes me feel disrespected as he never came to check if everything with us was okay and I guess maybe because I am the only black person here could that be a reason too that my concerns or me as a human being doesn't matter to him? Or what your intimated by me because I am black? I am outraged! How is this guy a manger here? I have never ever experience this at Nalley Fresh before. The owner I have met and he is nothing but friendly including staff. I will never return back here

Okay, I finally had enough to say it. Their employees are incredibly rude. It doesn’t hurt to greet your customers or just show half a smile. My father who ordered lunch last week was told to “hurry up and continue to order.” Mind you he is a regular at this location and goes once a week. There are a few employees who are just blunt and seem miserable most of the time I go. It’s been like this for several years. After reviewing the other comments I found other customers feel this way also.

I got a Brown rice hearty bowl with grilled chicken in it and sad to say I was disappointed. The salad greens were okay but the rice was unseasoned, the grilled chicken had a foul taste and the tomato soup was very sour and felt old. The soups are not made in house or fresh. Anyway will never go back here again.

There were extra, unannounced charges put on to my bill. When I questioned it I was told to speak to the owner, who is only there at limited times. When I reached him, he gave me a sob story about how expensive things are. While I sympathized, I inquired again about the extra charges. He became belligerent and condescending.I have moved on from the liimited menu at Nalley fresh, as there are several other EXCELLENT restaurants at the Timonium shopping center--- Pizza sauce, Panera, Szechuan house, LaCava--- to name a few!!

I've held back from leaving a reveal for a while now, in hopes that maybe things would change here. I've been coming here for sometime now, and really this place has really went down. From customer service to the food. Rice has been hard and cold as well as the chicken. This has only really been during the evening. As of right now tjis place gets zero stars from me.

Im not sure what happened , but this place has gone WAY down hill fast. Im wondering if it changed hands and the new owner is really stingy. I have been buying the same salad here for a few years and it always tastes the same and is is a generous amount, I haven't been here for several months and went in today. THE EMPOYEES WERE SO RUDE! I was ordering the same build your own salad I always do with grilled chicken and balsamic vinaigrette. The first employee put about a tablespoon of chicken on the salad and handed it off to the meanest employee I have ever encountered. He screamed at me "Any thing else maam???!!!" so loud it was startling. I started to tell him what I would like on the salad and he was ok for the first 3 items. After that, with each item I asked for he angrily threw like a teaspoon full on the salad while screaming across the counter at me "Anything ELSE maam?????!!!!!" I said "yes, mushrooms" and he grabbed 2 pieces of mushrooms and threw them down and then pointed at the dressings and yelled "pick a dressing!" not allowing me to choose another topping. I asked for balsamic vinaigrette and (I dont think he knew any English accept for "Anything else maam?! " yelled in an angry tone.) so he held up white vinagar, I said "no, Balsamic viniagrette" and threw the white vinegar down and quickly grabbed some bottle of white dressing and put it all over the salad before I could even tell him it wasnt the right thing. I said "That wasnt balsamic viniagrette" and he slid the salad toward the register and yelled "bread?" at least I think that is what he said as he didn't speak English well. I don't have any problem with an employee that doesnt speak English as long as they are trying to help customers as best they can. Normally, a non English speaking employee would hold up what they thought you wanted to see if you nod your head. Or would ask again what you wanted, and try to get it right. I have never had this issue before where the non English speaking employee was getting things wrong and yelling at me like I was the issue. I paid for my salad as I was with other people and didnt want to make a scene. But it was basically a bowl of lettuce with some unitentified dressing on it . Horrible, no value, and I basically felt verbally assaulted after ordering. I wont be going back and neither will the people I was with as they also found it all crazy and the employee more than rude but actually mean and intimidating.

Been coming here for years and loved it but I must say that in the past year and especially 6 months the place has really gone downhill as far as customer service and food. The workers are super rude and the price for the food is not worth it anymore. wont be back to this one at least.

Always a delight! Even when I'm not dining on my custom salad, I'm thinking about Nally Fresh. Where else can you get the funkiest of salads that hit every note in the band? This place is bombtastic!
