I had a wonderful dinner with a friend at Tark’s. It was my first time there and it was amazing! The energetic atmosphere, pleasant hostess and wait staff, and delicious food were definitely reasons I will return! My friend and I ordered the brussel sprouts, popcorn shrimp, and fried green tomatoes as appetizers. I had the BBQ Short Rib and my friend ordered the Pan Seared Salmon. I look forward to visiting again!
I had a Japanese Old Fashioned which was good. I am a fan of cauliflower, but would have liked this more if it was seasoned better. The atmosphere is wonderful, but would love for it to be opened later. I will definitely go back.
