“Update to below: I stand by most of my statements, but I also now understand a little more of the inner workings, and so while I was unhappy about the response, I got, I can understand why they might not have been privy to that information or might have misunderstood it. This is the reason I commend the management. Not only are they going to help make sure their employees understood but myself as well as a customer and I feel that part is vital to the success of any business. My star recommendation has thus changed to a 5 star.I give a three star not because they aren’t in someways deserving of a five-star. It’s because also unfortunately in someways, they are deserving of a one star. Foods great, always well-made and very willing to do special orders. Management is on top of it if you have a problem, they’re there to help you. The issue comes in of the people not managers. They are not either doing what they are taught or are lacking in training. I know the manager very well through many years of being a customer, so I don’t think that’s where the breakdown is. But there’s a breakdown somewhere.Repeatedly, you will be told information by the person on the phone that is incorrect. Even if you speak with corporate and the local management, once those people become the go-between, the manager and corporate are wrong.That is where the failing comes In. When I go to handle this tomorrow I know it’ll be rectified for a while. They will do something to rectify the situation, but at that point, I’ve already gone somewhere else the evening before. And the more I have to do that with the company, the less inclined I am to keep having to deal with it by choosing them.Tonight‘s issue, which is one I’ve actually had in the past, is where I was told that no points towards Free Pizzas can be done through the store. It is online only! Yet I have been informed by corporate and the store manager that this is categorically incorrect. But this evening, when I called, the young man answering the phone confirmed several times that it was online only and the store had nothing to do with it. I asked him if the manager was wrong when he told me the opposite and he was confident in saying “Yes!”.While I trust the managers and know that they were telling the truth, the problem comes in that that was part of the deciding factor, is that I wanted to use points and at the very least earn points. So I ordered pizza from a different chain that was aware that their online stuff and their stores are linked to some degree. I understand they cannot change my password and possibly not even honor coupons online. But they can definitely honor their point system.With all of that said, the point I making here is, most of the time you’ll be fine and end up with great food. But just be prepared that whatever issue you suddenly have, it’s better to just go to a different spot and call back when the manager is available. They will rectify the situation and ensure you are happy to give them another try.“
“This is the closest KFC and Taco Bell in our area. Never had bad chicken here, or Taco Bell stuff. Haven't ate inside since Covid hit, but I don't miss it. I enjoy the drive thru and having a car picnic with family. They get top stars from me because they don't rush me at the drive thru. I can be indecisive and get really nervous if pushed. They are always super patient and I don't feel the random panic purchase because I couldn't think. Nashville Hot tenders are a favorite, miss the Nacho party pack. The chicken is expensive but not more than any other chicken place. Food is always hot, neat, and delicious. I hope the new ChicFillA doesn't weed them out cause I love this location.“
“My husband and I have dined at the Grill on several occasions for lunch and today we had breakfast. The pancakes are delicious! ?.We thoroughly enjoy the food prepared here and the people who prepare it are so accommodating, friendly and nice. They have a large menu to select from. We eat inside- they bring the food to our table. Everything is freshly prepared and delicious. We will not go back to local fast food in Lisbon shopping center anymore since we discovered the Grill. Prices are good, food is restaurant quality- service is fast and the dining area is clean. Real plates and silverware- and refillable drinks that you can take with you when you leave.“
“The employees are friendly and awesome! They helped us get our huge order to our SUV! The food is delicious, well packaged for take out and the portions are really good for their pricing. The restaurant is clean and you can tell they take kitchen cleanliness seriously. This is a wonderful place!“
“A solid 4.5, hope you’ll try them!The service (Amy) definitely has be coming back. I got 2 apps from here so for what it’s worth- the order got misunderstood over the phone so don’t be like me and ALWAYS CHECK your orders (from anywhere) before you leave on pick up. I was kinda rushing so didn’t and got bone in instead of boneless wings like asked. They were awesome about it and gave a gift card to come in and get my boneless order next time. I did yesterday and the chicken was quality. Not saucy, more dry rub (I got the Buffalo spicy) but I just know to ask for saucy next time that’s all! The pretzel bites tasted pretty processed like the ones you could get from the frozen section- and the cheese dip for them too. For the price, wasn’t really impressed there, but still edible.The friendliness and professionalism though was great. The bar is huge and the place in general has a nice space. Go try them!“
“The staff and food here are top-notch! The employees are really friendly, take care in their work and provide quality food. If you ever have any problems they are resolved easily and quickly. Seriously huge difference from a year ago! Give them a try if you haven't recently!“
“Never really got into square pizza but tonight my son wanted to try it. Place is clean and very busy with take outs. We ate there and as soon as we were seated the waitress was very nice to us. Good conversation and seemed very interested in what we had to say. We had pizza with pepperonis, a steak and cheese sub. I was a bot surprised how good the sub was. Just lightly toasted and the flavor was pretty good. The pizza was unexpecting good also. Ive had ledos before a while back but i dont remember being this tasty. Anyway we all had full stomachs and enjoyed our stay. I would recommend this place for families with children. There were at least 6 families with kids there. Good food good host.“
“This place has always been pretty good. Except the last time i went there to try the new chicken wings. We got a dozen wings, and the chicken strip bucket meal. The wings came barely sauced, which is a shame since the wings themselves were pretty good. Absolutely could have used more sauce.They also said they were out of spicy chicken strips and offered to make more or get half and half regular to go with what strips they did have. What they didnt tell us was that the ones they did have were dry and felt more like jerky, than chicken strips.The mac and cheese was also room temperature, and needed a reheat in the microwave.Popeyes is lucky KFC is pricing themselves too high these days. Just get your act together, i want to like you guys! ?“
“Hubby picked up a large pie, cheesy bread, wings, and an Italian salad for Valentine's Day movie night, and it was so very tasty! Very generous portions (we had another full meal the next day), and nicely priced. I am ADDICTED to Ledo's pizza - I love the smaller slices and the yummy toppings, especially the Hawaiian. When I think about Ledo's pies, I immediately getting a craving for a cheese slice in my head. And I love the cheesy bread fresh from my cold refrigerator the next day!!!“
