I rarely go to Dunkin anymore as my work kids prefer Starbucks, I downloaded the Starbucks app and would go to eat there. Welp this morning my boyfriend was hungry and he wanted a cream cheese everything bagel. I did a mobile pick up order, so we could eat before our errands. He received the bagel but no cream cheese, he was upset and did not want to bother the people up front working hard. Then, he drank his coffee and was pissed. I use the mobile app weekly and they always get my order right. Don't understand the poor reviews other than people don't know that the best time to get donuts is early morning when they are well stocked. They also must not know that you are suppose to eat them right away and not save them for a rainy day. I think people just like to complain and have no patience. They have always been nice to us. I turn up at this Dunkin' out of coffee necessity probably 2-3 times a week. Tonight my wife and I tried to hit up the Baskin-Robbins side for some ice cream at 8:40 and were met with the OPEN sign turned off and a man in a rush to lock both sets of doors as we walked up. As we looked in to see if they were in fact closed, he came up to check that the doors were locked again, said nothing to us, and walked away.
