Beer good, bartender nice, had a quesadilla which standard was supposed to be cheese, onions and jalepeno, was only cheese and dry at that. We come back yearly to see if food improves, never does.

I ordered from the Valentines special and was very disppointed. The Shrimp bsque didn't have any shrimp in it or even a shrimp flavor. It was also too spicy to eat and I like spicy food. The Mahi was very bland. I normally like the food here but I need to say that if I only based a recommendation on last night I would not recommend this restaurant

The Oysters Rockefeller was listed as a daily special when I visited. It was really good. I chose the crab cake dinner for my entrée. They were fresh, delicious and filled with lump crab. If in the area, I will stop back in to enjoy another dinner.

The Monday night burgers were very tasty and the house cab is very good. The space needs some brightening up, tables and walls are dinged and worn out looking. Staff was efficient and friendly. Recommend Tavern food, I was hoping to try an entree, but out of my price range.

Ordered two Chicken Parmesan meals. Both meals were lukewarm. Chicken was fried hard. Difficult to cut. Very hard to swallow. Left more than three fourth of the meal untouched. Shared our concerns with the lovely waitress but still charged full price. Pushed chairs in after our meal and said “where should we go for dinner?” Very disappointing. Have had great meals here. This was significantly out of the norm. If we were to base a recommendation on this meal alone, we'd say “don't go.”
