I don't know if it's just me, but it seems like the service is slipping. CFA was always top notch when it came to great customer service. Food is always good with the occasional messed up order when using the drive thru.
I was served breakfast items that were not prepared properly, the hash browns tasted like old grease, the chicken biscuit was greasy and falling apart. I had to throw away my meal. Suggest requesting fresh food and waiting.

I go to Chick-fil-A because I've always been satisfied with the food. This is the first time I was actually disappointed. I could tell that they mixed hot fresh fries with cold hard fries and the cold hard fries were under a small layer and the piping hot fries were on the top and it wasn't that many piping hot fries. I believe that for the money that you pay for this food it should always be fresh. Save the cold fries for the homeless or animal shelter but don't give them to paying customers. The chicken sandwich and nuggets were good, however.Parking: Plenty of parking, but quickly used up when they get busy, but there is plenty of parking a few feet away because the restaurant is in a shopping center.Wheelchair accessibility: Flat ground from parking lot to restaurant so no entry or exit issues.

The food is awesome. That's why it's always packed. But, I hardly go there because of how crowded it always is, everyday,anytime. Bad location, causes accidents,takes forever to get out. And for this reason, is why I don't go there.
