IHOP is a restaurant that offers a friendly and welcoming atmosphere, as noted by the professional and kind staff. The service, however, can be improved. For instance, there was a lack of option for a printed menu item and the server did not fully understand the concept of leaving a tip. The restaurant has recently undergone renovations and is now very clean and new. It is also noted that there are vegetarian options available.

On a positive note, the cold brew coffee is said to be excellent. However, there were some issues with the food and service. The food was cold by the time it was gotten home and there was a lack of utensils provided with the meal.
