Samantha and Kailey were extremely helpful. Because of my food allergies, I asked that my cookies be put in plastic then weighed. Samantha and Kailey quickly obliged. Thank you Samantha and Kailey!

I visited white marsh mall great cookie tonight. I asked the members how much a 1lb of cookies was they told me $21-25. I said okay ill get a bucket. When it got to a lb i asked again how much a LB was. They said $21-25. I saod how is a LB the through amount. Im asking for the price of 1lb. They said again $21-25. While giving me an attitude. A gentleman from the back came out and said ma'am what are you asking. I said the price of a lb. He said $18.95. I said thank you thats what i wanted to know!. The two men upfront were rude. I will NEVER be back if they are who is working. And will be contacting everyone about this. Me and my family give buckets for xmas gifts. Please train these members better.

The Great Cookie is a gem in any mall that has one! This particular location in White Marsh, is pretty cool. The staff is always pleasant. I have gotten a few 'hard' cookies from here, but, it's rare that it happens. Due to the small location, most of their cookies are in the sheet rack in the back and not in the display case. So, you kinda have to know what to ask for, because, they may just have it on the rack.

I think all Baltimoreans can agree that the SNICKERDOODLES are to die for! I can remember in my younger years going to the mall and always stopping by the food court for a bag of Snickerdoodles. I don't stop as much because my metabolism isn't the same lol but listen, in my 32 years, these Snickerdoodles are still the best. Beware after that first bite, before you know it, your bag of cookies are gone! :)

Came with my coworker to get 2 m&m cookies and asked for icing in the middle. The employee pulls a rack out of the bottom of the cookie case (I didn’t even see it) and there is the cookies I already wanted made with icing so I said sure. Once I took the cookie out of the bag, it was very noticeable that the cookie is old / stale. The icing is discolored and the cookie is very hard. Not to mention I was charged $7.36 for this when I bought 10 cookies and one of these (that were made fresh) yesterday 8/22 with the same coworker and was charged $6.10 for them all. So something is fishy. I went back and asked for a refund and was told I cannot get one. Will be going back to speak to a manager when one is in.
This is not a great cookie. There are no prices listed on a board anywhere. They weigh and charge the cookies per ounce. The cookies are very small and tasted like cardboard. The staff don't seem to be enthusiastic and we're not talkative whatsoever. Also got the cookies around 1245 prime lunch hour on a weekend and the cookies were stale and not fresh. It's a shame I'm not one to leave a negative review. But the name sounded fun the results were terrible.

Clean shop. Cookies were fresh. Speedy checkout. The Hispanic guy never smiled and appeared like he hates his job. Everything else was great.
