Came here for a mini getaway with my mom for Valentines day and the first day I came to the bar for a couple beers to unwind and Victoria took wonderful care of me and all my questions. Very personable and friendly. Definitely recommend if staying at Grand Hotel.

Today, 4/4/24 was not good at all... I'll start with the bartender( young lady with the nose piercing). My wife and I went for Happy Hour and it wasn't until we were completely done, that she came back to us and asked if we were done. I had been wanted another beer and food item.I literally watched her ask everyone else did they need anything else.She was not even a little engaging or catering to us as customers.
