Big Place - Shockingly Organized I have to say for such a large packed place, i cannot believe how quickly we were served. Over and over again. These people have this process down. Fish Tales on the marina will please every fun-loving member of your party, young and old. Big adirondack chairs scattered about the deck area to catch the sun and the sunsets, a fab play area for the wee folk and a solid happy hour at the bars - summer living at it's best. And the drinks and food are always worth a return visit which is why this is usually a first stip on our OC vacation and often our last stop before heading home. Tip: Ocean City's signature cocktail the Orange Crush is a must try!! I usually don't like touristy busy spots, but Fish Tales is a must when you visit OC. Thanks

Talk about ruining a vacation. Came here with a few friends and the bouncer didn’t know what he was doing. Management had no idea what they were doing either. They let me into the restaurant and I went straight to the bathroom while my friends sat down. Once I left the bathroom the bouncer pulled me back to the front of the building where he took my ID again and insited it was fake?I needed to call the police myself as they were ready to cut my licnese after I drove 3 hours from New Jersey!!!My friends were able to order the conch fritters while I was dealing with my situation but they were bland and cold.Management offered no apology for the inconvience.***** EDIT *****I was hoping I wouldn't need to re-visit this but what a petty response."The Owner" finally acknolwedged my review from 4 years ago and their first comment was: 'We have been closed since October and your review was made in January.'First of all they spelled my name wrong when it's the fist thing you see. Next, the review was edited in January.I'm glad to see their have their priorities straight. I guess investigating the situation was asking too much.Not surprised though considering the lack of care. Oh well, atleast they now have scanners (they did not when I visited) that mistake real IDs for fakes as well!The owner should pass the torch to someone who actually cares about the busienss and overall customer satifaction.

There is so much to do at Fishtales. Great for family dining . Play area for kids and arcade!! Staff is very personable, savvy and accommodating. Love this place!

Oh boy, I really wanted to like Fish Tales, but their service for a Thursday night was terrible. First off, the food is really good! Everyone was pleasantly surprised and happy with their food and their portions. My friends ordered: - Chicken tenders and fries - Shrimp tacos - Fish and chips - Southwestern veggie wrap - Cheeseburger with mac and cheese The ambiance is very much like a sports bar. I'm pretty sure it's more fun in the daytime. The service took forever. Total time waiting for our server was an hour, not including us getting and eating our food. The server never came after we got our food to ask if we needed anything else, and we basically had to chase them to get our check. If you have a lot of time on your hands and aren't in a rush, feel free to stop by. We didn't have that luxury and ended up missing our next appointment, so we were very disappointed in the wait time. Trust me, the review started off as a 5, but that's how bad the wait time to get our check was.

We got there just as they stopped seating but they accommodated my family of 4 at a table overlooking the Bay. We took forever to decide and they were so patient n even recommended dishes. Finally we decided and waited a short time for our food. We got the beer battered thai shrimp, crab cake sandwich and the steak and cake dinner. Everything was cooked to perfection and amazing! Even though we got there at close this staff and cooks didn't disappoint! I would highly recommend trying this place. The price and service is amazing!!!
