Solid service for take out. Peach bourbon wings were meaty and beyond wonderful! Crab soup, salad, broccoli- all perfectly delicious. Glad I didn't walk out when I discovered it was take out only.
I ordered a fish and chips lunch special for myself, a crispy Cajun chicken sandwich for my husband, and a side of fried potatoes for us to share and everything tasted great! Each meal came with a heart shaped corn bread muffin that tasted really good and was moist. We also got the lemonade and sweet tea which were great. Our only complaint was that some of the fish still had bones it. That was off putting. But honestly the food was great otherwise!
What a delicious meal, but don't go there hungry. We ordered to much food and everything is an add on. Know what you want when you go there. determine what you want to spend. With that said.... this was the best soul food I have had in years. new to the area it hit a sweet spot! the fish and grits topped with crab meat, made me want to curl up in a fetal position and just close my eyes. The comfort I felt and the level of care and attention they spent on the preparing the food...read full review
