“This place is BOMBBB! I love everything about this place and the food is amazing. My favorite thing about this place is their Mango Tango Green Tea. It does it for me every single time! No other place has perfected mango green tea like them (ask for extra sweet if you don’t wanna taste the green tea). It’s bomb. And I love the lady at the counter. She so nice and welcoming. Everyone there is hardworking too. Anyways, I love this place!“

“First impressions are everything and I was very impressed with the cleanliness, temperature and service!!! My youngest daughter (10 years old) and I have been trying Boba around the city of Baltimore and we both agree that this place is hands down the best!!! The bubbles are super soft and yummy!! The teas are extremely chilled and to top it off the staff was super attentive and pleasant!! They overheard us making our final decision and she already had the order in the system and confirmed it back to us!!! The young ladies were full of smiles and most importantly quality of service!!! “My 1st visit I tried the 6 pc wing combo w/ Curly fries and upcharge to change drink to Mango Green Tea. Wing were fresh, hot, crunchy and seasoned.2nd visit I order a Kiwi Punch & another Mango Punch. Drink flavors were consistent, tasty, refreshing and cold. Can't wait to try other flavors! I need larger sizes ?!You should give it a try!“

“Went to Kokee for the first time because of Major Def's fundraiser. The workers were so nice and patient even though I didn't know what to order. Ended up getting the Brown Sugar Dalgonatte and it was so tasty, will be going back again!“

“Great addition to the area which needs variety. Food was fresh and hot -got the shrimp tempura poke bowl which was absolutely delicious. First time trying a poke bowl and curious about other items on the menu. Will definitely be back. A must try!“

“The drinks here are absolutely delicious. About a year ago, I began to try the food and love the sushi sandwiches for quick on the go snacks. They are seasoned perfectly and I always get a side of spicy mayo.I recently stopped in and wanted to try something different. I was a bit disappointed because the teens in the front were not aware of the food menu items. They were innocent in their replies "We work out front, the cook makes that." I asked if they could ask the cook what was in the specified item, unfortunately they replied she speaks Chinese. Then they said "try it, its good." As someone who does not have allergies, ok, but there are some ingredients I do avoid.To rectify this concern, a book with ingredients at the front can be helpful. In most restaurants/quick service, the front of house is aware of the whole menu. I personally suggest more training for the front of house or an allergy/ingredients binder for the customer/employee to review.“

“I heard many things about the Taiwanese Fried Chicken so I wanted to try it out. At this location you could choose the spice level. I chose the mild spice level. When it came out the chicken was not the most crispy but was still hot and the seasoning had a nice flavor to it.I also ordered a Jasmine Green Milk Tea which I loved. The boba was very firm and chewy and the tea flavor was good without being too sweet. Most places I order 30-50% sugar level but here I got 100% and it was perfect. That being sad, I could see how the tea isn't sweet enough for most people.“

“Really good, ordered mango sago which was around 7/8 ish dollars, don't remember. It was really good since it's a yogurty drink but not too sweet. Super high quality boba if you're willing to pay a little more than the usual boba places.“

“We live close, so we have been stopping by a lot over the years. The service and food has been consistently good, and I don't think we've had any big issues which is really good considering we've been here a lot of times now.I recommend taking advantage of their sugar and ice adjustment system to customize your drinks, because a full sugar drink can be quite sugary. I also want to recommend the hot versions of the drink for the cold winter days.“

“I like everything about this place; I’d almost consider myself a regular. Your drinks are made to order and Gong Cha offers many ways to make it yours with sweetness level, amount of ice, and add-ons. This location is kept clean, and has a good vibe to it.“

“I downloaded the app bc their self service kiosk had an ad that said 30% off first order. ? The app was easy to use and you get a free drink after ordering 6, so that's a plus!I got a ? ?-Milk Slush for me and a Matcha Boba Milk ? for my teen and we both loved our drinks! They came out SUPER quick after ordering via the app (both visits there), which was another plus, since parking in the plaza was awful.Parking: Parking was a PitA in the plaza both times (and one other time I ended up not getting anything bc I couldn't find parking)... There's an order pickup spot by the front door which is nice, to run in / out quickly!“

“My husband and I are big fans of gong Cha as their tees are amazing both in selection and flavor. We were also super excited to try out Kyoto Matcha's desserts and Matcha-based drinks. I had a Matcha lemonade and it was absolutely lovely husband had a gong Cha, Earl Grey, tea with bubbles and crème brûlée foam. I also grabbed a slice of the absolutely out of this world Sakura cheesecake. The service was amazing the young ladies and gentlemen, that work there were absolutely friendly, and did everything in under two minutes, and the actual location itself was super clean and just really inviting and welcoming. Definitely a great place to stop for a snack and a drink.“

“I just went there this afternoon with my son for the first time. The cashier with braids Natasha I think was extremely friendly and helpful. I got a Oreo milkshake, mango smoothie and a crepe sundae and it was great. I definitely recommend this place. I will be back ?“

“I really enjoyed this place! My friend recommended going into beseto saying it was like a mini food court and I came across this place on the way out! I love dessert places like this so I was happy to see we had one in the area! I had the red bean taiyaki and it was really good! Warm crispy & delicious. Would definitely go again!“

“I got the Mango Green Tea with the "mango pearls". The tea was good, I could taste both the mango and green tea, and it wasn't too sweet. However, I thought mango pearls meant mango popping boba. The pearls in the drink were essentially just mango jellies. This is confusing because there's also jellies on the menu (coconut jelly, etc) , so I think this should be clarified on the menu somehow.Overall the tea was good and the it came out quickly.“

“I had the match red bean slush and it was one of the best I've had in a long time. Unlike some other establishments, they use actual red beans and not red bean powder. They also offer varying levels of sugar so you can customize your sweetness. Nice art and great staff. A notch above the numerous competitors in this crowded genre.“
