“First time stopping in, food was really good. Tanya took my order and was very pleasant. I got the jerk chicken, rice n peas, plantains, and the baked mac. Never had baked Mac made with shells but trust, it works! Pricing was fair can’t complain it was well worth it. Will be stopping in again soon to try more things on the menu. Good job ladies!.“
“Wendy was amazing the most pleasant person, if you should be so lucky to get Wendy as your waiter she is the best very attentive and kind. I think this is my new favorite spot…I had the curry goal but I can’t want to come back and try the oxtail tacoKid-friendliness: The best service“
“I just found out about this restaurant by Googling...Jamaican Restaurants near me...so, today I went to try it out... I asked the nice lady how long they've been here...she told me 3 years...Wow! 3 years! And they are just around the corner from me!... Better later than never because that food (Jerk Chicken Wings, BBQ Wings, Jerk Salmon with Rice/Peas and Cabbage, Coco Bread and Rum Cake)was Da Bomb ?. I may be going back tomorrow to get some Ox Tails for my Sunday dinner... but she told me to call/come early because Ox Tails sell out fast. I can see why because that food is "finger licking good".P.S. It's on the side of... in the back of Pizza Hut.“
“What can I say besides Chef's Kiss! What a delicious Friday night dinner. I ordered the Blackened Salmon, Red Beans and Rice, and Sweet Plantains. The picture of the Mac n' Cheese did Not disappoint. I ordered a side and was in food heaven! Practice patience when you dig into your because you'll be so sad when you realize it's only been 10 minutes and your plate is clean!“
“This has to be the best jerk I have had outside of Jamaica. I'm serious. It's that good. It's sweet, smokey, and spicy. Everything that jerk should be. Brother William didn't just put his foot in it, he put his whole leg in.“
“I dont know whats going on lately but their food use to be on point. I usually get the white meat jerk chicken but the last time I went the chicken was old and dry and hard and drowned in sauce to cover it up. I was so disappointed. I think the time of day you go matters.“
“So me and my friend wanted to try some Caribbean food and he told me about this place. The rice was really good, and the browns to chicken was really good. I didn't like the Jamaican version of collard greens. And if you grew up eating Stouffer's Mac and cheese then you know that that mac and cheese is Stouffer's. But I love Stouffer's ?. But also if I'm ordering from a Jamaican restaurant I don't want freezer macaroni and cheese. Other than that the food was great. Amazing Coco bread ?“
“Great food and very accommodating staff. We ordered the jerk steak omelette with the ackee and Salt fish with yam and dumplings!!!!! We also ordered 2 large plantain porridges. This is by far the very best Carribean Breakfast that I have had outside of Jamaica. Praise and Honor to both the cook ALICA and Beautiful SHENELLE who was patient and kind while taking my order TWICE ( that’s correct because we went back for seconds later on) My apologies, I was so excited by the delicious aroma that I started eating my food before I took the picture ?. I simply love this place and would highly recommend it to all of my family and friends.“
“The food I had was great. I've only tasted the curry chicken three times. You have to pay extra for plantains, which are okay as far a plantains go (I only had them one time). And their food is so affordable that the $1 extra isn't a big deal. I spent 10 and some change on a large curry. I don't care for the people who just hang out there and invade my personal space.Parking: I've gone there twice, and didn't have any issues with street parking.“
“Went there twice. Both times it was nice and clean. The lady who served me was polite and responsive to my request. I particularly didn't like the type of rice used to cook the rice and peas. It was cooked and Shelly. Just Not sure if was paraboil or what. Just would have preferred another rice (jasmine/basmati/ or a short grain rice) that would have provide more flavor. ?“
“The BEST or some of the best carribbean food in the DMV! I've been a customer for more than a decade and this food is fantastic and consistent. They cook like they're cooking for family and you always feel like family when you walk through the door. Everything is wonderful but the oxtail and the pineapple ginger juice are my faves. Ill return as long as they're in business.“
“Food was good, we ordered the beef stew, good flavor ! We also ordered a coconut bread, it was soft but not coconut taste at all , just like regular white bread, the lady who taken the order was not nice at all, she looked like she was mad but “

“My family and I have frequently ordered from this establishment and it's never been a disappointment. Amazing customer service every time. There is a very chill and comfortable ambiance about their dining area. I've also been at a couple of events that were catered by them and the food was great.“
“I’m speechless ? like how can a meal be so delicious yet affordable ? like I have ordered here 300 times lol ? and yet I still keep coming back for more ??.
