I would never eat chicken from here again , I got the honey sesame chicken and the piece that I bit into was not cooked , it was raw meat that I bit into , I was disgusted .

Stroke level Salty Food. Salt content made my blood pressureso high i had to take extra fluid pull. This food is too saltyNewly opened in predominantly black community of Owings Mills. On Dec 20th and 21st....i counted at least 15 ppl working at this location. They were all predominantly Asian. I observed two black workers. Why are their hardly any black workers?Black people, every time you buy at this location, not one dime of black consumer money will be circulated back into your black community. In my opinion, the owings mills community may want to limit their support of this business until their are substantially more black workers consistently. In my opinion, Asians businesses use black communities to make their money. Panda Express, the service was good, the food is okay. But where are the black staff?

I recently visited the new Panda Express at Mill Run Station. It was so so . I had a blah experience! The ambiance was lively and vibrant, with modern decor and upbeat music playing in the background. The food was delicious. We ordered the Black Pepper Chicken and Beijing Beef - they were flavorful and fresh. Portions were sad. About scoops of rice or lo mein and 1 and 1/4 of your actual entree. The prices were reasonable until you consider the portion sizes. The value wasn't there for the amount. I imagine this is a franchise as other locations offer better portions in comparison. Parking was convenient with ample space available. Customer service was mediocre with minimal enthusiasm for a hello or thank you. Overall, quick grab and go for fast casual but not the best Panda Express experience.

Horrible, negative star if possible. had a big order to go and it was all messed up random things were packed even though order showed right things. Come on read properly guys. For the atmosphere this location has great potential. but sadly the service is subpar and undercooked food.

I’d honestly give them a much higher rating if they weren’t picky and choosey about what portions they give you. One day I go in & they give me an OK amount for my entree of choice. Next day I’ll come in and get basically a teaspoon of my entree and then get double charged if I want just two extra pieces of it. Other panda expresses are way more lenient. Back to elkridge I may go….

Horrible service. Ordered ahead but ended up taking longer than people who got in line and ordered, and even that was super slow. Even after all that, they don’t fill the containers all the way. There are much better options in this plaza than this sorry excuse for a restaurant.

Worker used his hands (no gloves) to put eggrolls in the container… super gross!! And when I opened my string bean chicken, the container wasn’t even 2/3 full. They have a terrible rating for a reason.

Glad that they were open. They sent the locals coupons for free bowls when you buy one, unfortunately I couldn’t find mine at the moment but I still went in and grabbed lunch. My go-to is the Orange Chicken and Walnut Shrimp. It tasted the same as times past, the lo mein was slightly off, but I’m going to give them some time to get situated as they just recently opened. Don’t count them out, I need them to stay local.

The chow mein was VERY horrible. It was stale and has that old leftover food taste, it was cut into TINY bits like rice! It was fillllleeed with lettuce and I'm not a hater of lettuce but it was 70% lettuce. The orange chicken was very chewy, all in all

Chill Crispy Shrimp, just opened less than a month ago and already gone from the menu. Don't understand that decision. Had to order from Honey Grow.
