I recently visited the new Panda Express at Mill Run Station. It was so so . I had a blah experience! The ambiance was lively and vibrant, with modern decor and upbeat music playing in the background. The food was delicious. We ordered the Black Pepper Chicken and Beijing Beef - they were flavorful and fresh. Portions were sad. About scoops of rice or lo mein and 1 and 1/4 of your actual entree. It’s 5 minutes after opening(10:35) a full staff is there and the doors are not open and they just look at you, worst experience ever not to mention Dejah has serious customer service
