I waited 45 minutes for 1 biggy bag and a child’s meal. I went into the store because drive thru was extremely long. Can you believe I was the only one in the store. Fries were cold, Strawberry Leomade was water down!! I will never go back to WENDYS in Owings Mills and can the MANAGER WAS JUST STANDING AROJND!!
If I could give this place a 0 I would the employees are unprofessional and nasty the guy making the food went in the bathroom with gloves on and came out with them on and started making food the over latino kids didn’t even have on gloves and has his hands all over the food I cancel my order left be careful you get something you don’t want.

Stopped in with my daughter's to pick up Frostys.The location wasn't busy . We went inside and waited at least 5-7 minutes for someone to come to the front counter - even though 7 employees were all milling around behind the counter, drive through window, etc.Then the young lady who waited on us slid the first Frosty across the the counter and onto the floor...So we ... eventually... received the order and left
