Wish i could rate it with ZERO Stars!!!I Went there a few weeks ago cause I haven't had Wendy's in a while since I live across the street from McDonald's lol But that night was the worst time to go apparently. We all were stuck in the drive thru for over 20 mins or more, couldn't even go around the person that was in front of me..cause there's no way to do that at this location. (mind you I was next to get my food in line)It got to the point where I ended up having to call the store to find out what was going on, because there also was a person behind me honking the horn..wondering what was going on! Mind you when I got there, there was like no one in line (Now I See Why)So when I called and asked to speak to a manager..she told me she was the manager (wish I got her name) and after I told her what was going on, she said she just got to work, and had no remorse for how I felt about the situation... like she didn't care at all! Also mentioned that she couldn't help me, I'm like your the manager, that's what managers do!!She also mentioned that "All the people that were working that night, were new and didn't know what they were doing" I was shocked she said that. In my mind, isn't the manager supposed to show them or help out to get the drive thru moving????? Sucks that's the Only Wendy's in the area smh cause i will never go to the one in Owings Mills on Lakeside Blvd Ever Again!!

Ordered a fish sandwich as it's advertised as fresh patty on menu, got my sandwich after 10 mins wait inside of Wendy's and it was totally hard. The fish patty was dry and had been sitting for quite a some time. One of the worst meals I've had from Wendy's in a long time. If I had the time I would've taken the whole meal back.

I went through the drive thru. The persons that took my order, collected my money and passed me my drink were nice, courteous, and friendly. But the person who gave me my food did not greet me. Just pass me the bag of food, just said here and just walked away. My food was cold. It didn't seem like a freshly made order. My burger & fries were cold.

Still currently waiting in the drive thru, it’s been close to 30 minutes and we would have left already but we’re stuck behind other cars. Very slow service.Updates: By the time I got my frosty it was melted.

This Wendy's is trash.First few times here they were closed inside offering drive thru inly.Today we waited for eva for our food.And a customer before us had to have them correct his order twice.They are fully staffed so I've very confused as to why it's taking so long

Drive thru person attitude was poor, the sign was still saying breakfast though they were serving lunch and when we got our food they did poorly doing that as well, that place has been going downhill for awhile unfortunately.

Stopped in with my daughter's to pick up Frostys.The location wasn't busy . We went inside and waited at least 5-7 minutes for someone to come to the front counter - even though 7 employees were all milling around behind the counter, drive through window, etc.Then the young lady who waited on us slid the first Frosty across the the counter and onto the floor...So we ... eventually... received the order and left
