There serving is so little. Not like the other chipotle store. This is my first time to experience that kind of serving.

I typically don't like to pull the race card. However, I've noticed that when ever I go to eat at this restaurant the workers will give small portions to other races. But when there race come through the line.. they load there helpings on deep and high. When I asked for more rice because I was only given one spoon and a half of rice ..I received and eye roll and huffing and puffing. This is unexceptionable CHIPOTLE. We spent more then $100.00 for 8 dinners. Which pays the workers wages. Why would you treat us any different? Please do better...we all are one!

Best budget friendly option for food on National Harbor. Same price as your usual Chipotle with the same range of ingredient options.Service was fast and we were able to find seating for our 5-person group.The diet coke and the rootbeer on the soft drink machine were swapped. It was odd but not the end of the world.Vegetarian options: Build your own. You've got beans, rice, fajita veggies, sofritas ( tofu protein source), queso, guac, etcDietary restrictions: Pick and choose which ingredients you want in your bowl or burrito. Might have cross contamination between ingredients so probably should avoid if super allergic to anything items

There was a long line, but that was because we had just gotten out of CADCA conference at the Gaylord and everyone else was going there too. Their staff didn't seem prepared for the big rush of people and it took a while to be served, but it was an enjoyable experience beside that.

I walked in this place and I was the only person in there. No came right away to help me. These people working in here were so damn loud and laughing it was ridiculous. I can't believe I had to wait to place my order. A guy that was standing at the counter decided to take my order. I had to ask him was he going to take my order. I asked for the manager and she one of people in there loud and laughing about whatever. I told her that all of of them were extremely loud and unprofessional. I was so annoyed by this. Everyone in there Spanish speaking. I'm a black female. I wonder would it had been different if I were Latina. I do not want to go back in here. Very poor behavior from all the staff including the manager. Just plain rude.

My experience with Chipotle left me rather disappointed due to a series of unfortunate events. I decided to order from Chipotle online and to pick it up in person. Unfortunately, upon arrival, I was informed that my order was not ready or available. Then, after a while has passed, I was notified that they couldn't find my order in their system. To make matters more inconvenient, I needed the receipt or some form of proof to resolve the issue, but I had left my phone behind. This forced me to walk back to my hotel, which was a 10-15 minute journey, to retrieve the necessary information.What struck me as particularly disappointing was the lack of any apology or acknowledgment of the inconvenience caused during this entire process. While hiccups can happen in any restaurant, a simple apology or a gesture of goodwill can go a long way in improving the customer experience.In summary, my recent visit to Chipotle was marred by technical issues with their online ordering system, an order mix-up, and a significant inconvenience in retrieving proof of purchase. The lack of any apology or recognition of the inconvenience left a sour taste in my mouth. I hope that Chipotle can work on improving their customer service in situations like these to provide a more positive dining experience.

All ladies work over there. Not good serviceAbusive Spanish ladies work here. They abuse me in Spanish, they thought we didn’t understand Spanish but we heard and ask them what you said and after that she stayed quiet and showed middle finger when we were about to leave.This was the worst experience we have ever had on a food place.
