I visited this establishment on the 28th of December. During the evening. My wife was disrespected by the server. I asked to speak to the manager and he was no help either. It is a way to conduct customer service and they were very unprofessional The service was horrible the manager and the server needs customer service training. When do you tell the customer quote:( I AINT READY FOR YOU YET) and said it with an attitude.

Usually love Potbelly's but this location is one of the worst. Had to correct the bread multiple times, they forgot my salad u til I was ready to check out, then I get home and find out my sandwich is the wrong bread and has toppings I didn't ask for on it.Everyone behind the counter was more worried about their own conversations vs the customers. A woman ahead of me was standing there at least 3 minutes waiting for them to notice her.
Primo Hoagies has much better sub sandwiches. Way bigger, more stuff. Cost a bit more, but worth it. My wife and I split the midsize hoagie. Also recommend getting pickles in their cooler cabinet.

I came in there at 7pm with my family on Monday 8/21/2023. The manager on duty (did not wear a name tag) was very rude and disrespectful to us. She had the chairs up on the table and customers had nowhere to sit. She yelled at us for putting the chairs down. When we were paying for the food she had an attitude. I told her no need for the attitude. She was talking back at me rolling her eyes saying " don't tell me what I have or don't have ". Horrible customer service! She should be fired.
