Came in for lunch about 1pm with a party of 6 on Thursday. It was not busy. There were plenty of open tables. We were seated right away. That was the end of our good experience. Food quality was decent, small portions. Drinks were good, very small. Service was horrendous. Had to ask multiple times for drinks, then again when food came. We were halfway finished with food before drinks ever came out. Had to wait for an eternity for our checks. Server finally came around and forgot about the checks. Had to get up and ask for them. For the 3rd time. Then, you guessed it. They were not accurate.. We were not in a huge hurry, but it was 3.30 by the time we were able to pay and leave. Will not be going back.

Redstone was a great experience. I was there for the brunch and the food was outstanding. We sat in seats by the window, so it was a nice view of the Potomac River.Parking: You have to park in the garage and walk down to the lower part of the harbor to reach the restaurant. Street parking is available also.

Discovered this place while visiting National Harbor for the first time. I had the buffalo jumbo shrimp which was phenomenal along with the jerk chicken fondue (which comes with smoked Gouda cheese, grapes, broccoli, apples and bread) as my appetizers. I also ordered the 16oz Bone in ribeye which was cooked to my perfection (medium and still moist) with the garlic mash potatoes and asparagus. My friend tried the general tso turkey burger but it was dry and he ended up not eating it after having only two bites of it. Overall had a great time and again I highly suggest having the buffalo jumbo shrimp!

Awesome!! Slow, but good! I had the chef salad with grilled chicken and my better half. Had the filet mignon with grilled vegetables. Both were really good. Just took a long time because our waiter was in the weeds and was struggling to manage more tables than he should've had it longer than we expected, but the atmosphere and the view was awesome .

Redstone American Grill is a popular restaurant located in National Harbor, Maryland. It offers a contemporary American dining experience with a focus on wood-fired cuisine. The restaurant is known for its upscale yet comfortable ambiance, extensive wine list, and creative menu featuring dishes like wood-fired steaks, seafood, burgers, and salads. Redstone also has a lively bar area with signature cocktails and a selection of beers on tap. It's a great place for both casual dining and special occasions. Beautiful view if you get window seats. We had an amazing dinner with friends… Must visit!

Beautiful view of the river. Great service and good food. Among our party of 5, we enjoyed steak, sea bass and ribs. All were delicious.

I just wanna know who TF made the corn bread ?! Take it off the menu . I thought it was just me but my mom tried it because I brung it home and she hated it…My flat bread pizza dough was so crispy like potato chips the guy I think was the manager says “it’s suppose to be like that since it’s a wood fired” . I’ve had plenty of wood fired pizza’s and the crust was never like a cardboard. I will not be back only thing that was really good was the steak and cheese eggs rolls and the green tea shots. The Tito’s lemon-aid cocktail drink was okay as well

My recent dining experience at Redstone American Grill was nothing short of spectacular, easily making it one of the best culinary adventures I've had in the DMV (DC, Maryland, Virginia) area. Every dish presented to us was a testament to the chef's mastery in crafting flavors that resonate with the soul of American cuisine. The Jumbo Buffalo Shrimp was the first to grace our table, and it set the bar incredibly high for what was to follow. The perfect blend of spicy and savory, each shrimp was cooked to perfection, offering a succulent and flavorful journey with each bite.Accompanying the shrimp, the cornbread was a delightful surprise. Far from the ordinary, it was moist, sweet, and had a comforting texture that reminded me of home-cooked meals. It was the kind of dish that makes you pause to savor every mouthful, appreciating the simplicity and beauty of well-made cornbread. The star of the evening, however, was undoubtedly the Jumbo Lump Crab Cakes. It's a dish that many restaurants attempt, but few truly excel at. Redstone American Grill, however, has perfected it. The crab cakes were packed with fresh, sweet crab meat, with just enough binding to hold them together, allowing the natural flavors to shine through. Each bite was a harmonious blend of taste and texture, making it clear why these crab cakes stand out in the DMV area. From the attentive service to the warm, inviting ambiance, every aspect of our evening at Redstone American Grill was exceptional. It's rare to find a place that delivers not just on one dish but excels across the board. This visit was a culinary delight that left a lasting impression, ensuring that I'll be returning soon for another unforgettable meal. If you find yourself in the DMV area and in search of some of the best food around, Redstone American Grill is a must-visit destination. Every bite is a delicious promise kept.

First time visiting to celebrate a friend birthday. I enjoyed my dinner. The short ribs were sooo tender. The Brussel sprouts appetizer was very good as well. Very flavorful. Jimmy, our serve really great care of us. It's right on the waterfront. So, great views of the Capitol Ferris Wheel.

Stopped in for lunch here and was pleasantly surprised at how great everything tasted, the service and inside decor. We were seated by the street, and so unfortunately we were unable to take in the harbor views or the boardwalk. We thought there would be more people during lunch, and so we made a reservation. They charge you a $5 fee per person, for your reservation. That $5 (per person) is applied to your check/s. The restaurant two large sized fireplace situated near the front door but the heat could be felt from where we were seated in the dining room which made it that much nicer due to the cold wet rainy weather that was falling outside. Feels great to walk in to a warm restaurant on the day like that. For an appetizer we ordered the "breaking bread" which came with three sauces: pesto, garlic butter and a jelly fig spread. As well as the philly egg rolls with siracha ketchup. Our table loved both dishes. For lunch, a few of us had the Redstone burger - cooked to your standard, overall its good, but a bit messy & juicy which caused the buns to become too soggy (at least for me) to eat. I ended up fork & knifing the patty once the buns were soaked through. Another had the Philly Cheese steak and my brother had the ribs. I think the Ribs were the table winner between our orders. He seemed to thoroughly enjoy the taste of them. Was upset he only ordered a half rack because I would've loved to try them. Lastly, service was great, drinks were refilled regularly, and our waitress offered her opinion when asked about the dishes. However they did forget to add the reservation fee to our check and therefore we had to return to ask that to be refunded.
