Guacamole made at the table, warm chips and salsa to accompany it, and a great main course of 3 enchiladas, all washed down by a couple of fabulous margaritas. Great place for a meal when in the area, would definitely back again if I have another conference there.

I debated writing this review for a whilr. Honestly I had 1 really good experience and also 1 really bad experience. Let's assume the best. The table side guacamole and spicy margaritas are exceptional! I could dine in those for hours. I also thoroughly enjoyed the Mexican fried rice bowl but be advised that it is very Amercanized. Anyways, you cannot go wrong with guacamole, drinks, and a beautiful view overlooking the harbor!

Do NOT sit outside. Hordes of screeching wild teenagers flooding the street just next to the seating area. Every weekend.

This is my third time here & it’s always a good time! The vibe and atmosphere is very welcoming. Every server we’ve had has been amazing. Adriana V and Kimberly G were our servers and just wonderful. The food was amazing as usually. I had the birria quesotacos and their mac & queso this day. I’ve also had the Roasted Chicken Enchilada and of course their guacamole (spicy). You won’t regret coming here :)

Food was so AMAZING! Generous proportions! Food came out hot and fresh! Mocktail was so so good! The outside patio view was amazing and the server was very very kind and sweet.

We were in town for a Cheer competition which happens twice a year for us at least. We wanted to check out a different spot and someone was in the mood for Mexican. We had a seat at the bar. Service was amazing. We jumped into the Guacamole way too fast to snap a photo. Drinks were fantastic. Everyone had a great time. We will be back.
Not worth it Not worth it ???Also they put me on a table all the way in the corner even when they were more empty tables on the front with a good view oh and I ask to be seated in a different but they told me that was no posible ?Wherever all I know is that the food was no good ??

I went to have brunch with my family here, food and drinks were delicious. I got the frozen pomegranate margarita and the steak and egg platter it was SO good! The service was also excellent, Gabriela L. took really good care of us. Definitely coming back.

Great cocktails but the place as everyone one else has pointed out is unnecessarily overpriced. The atmosphere is chaotic and bathrooms were nasty (see pics)

I recommend this place. We were very hungry and all the restaurants in the area here in National Harbor had waiting times to eat up to 45 minutes to 1 hour but we arrived at Rosa Mexicano and thanks to the General Manager Noé Turcios he treated us very kindly and got us a table as soon as possible
