6223 Oxon Hill Rd, Oxon Hill, MD 20745 location is disrespectful and stealing. I went there tonight at 7:15 on October 22,2023. I came in into friction because they had already cleaned the bathroom 45 minutes before closing and denied a customer the chance to use the bathroom even though they we purchasing a sub. I then came up and asked to get a chicken bacon ranch on white wheat and the disrespectful Spanish lady had the audacity to say something about that if I was going to get something then the coupon wouldn't work. I was just given a coupon from a random person and wasn't going to use it because I know what I came in for, I don't need coupons. Next as my sandwich was being made I was given rotisserie chicken which isn't what was suppose to be for that sandwich and when I addressed it I was told I had to pay more for it just to get the right chicken which is displayed everywhere for that sub. I had to leave that location to go to another location to get what I wanted without having to pay more. This location needs to be shutdown or employees need to be fired this is unacceptable you are working to a franchise and everything needs to be the same all around.

Ordered ahead on the app but when I got to the store, they said they never received my order. After looking on the back counter, they found the ticket and started to make my sandwich. This took a long time and defeated the purpose of me ordering ahead. The bread was hard and stale, and the spinach was soggy. The only good thing were the cookies which, I would assume, were not made in that kitchen. This location also does not accept subway coupons. I recommend going to another location entirely.

The lady working (alone) with the baby in the back was nice.... However, we ordered 4 foot long sandwiches, when we got home to eat them, everyone's bread was hard (not toasted), so it's stale. Some of the vegetables didn't appear all that fresh and 3/4 of us had stomach issues for two days after eating, so I'm assuming the meat wasn't fresh either. I need to stick to the usual Subway I go to, won't be returning here.

The guy who just answered my call should quit if he does not want to work. Which kind of animal behavior is that? If you guys don't have what I need, just say you don't have it instead of being "nasty " on the phone.

STEER CLEAR!My first experience here was 2.5/5. I ordered pickup from the Uber App. After waiting past the estimated completion time, I decided to drive to the location to see what the issue was. When I got there, they hadn't even started my sandwich yet (40 minutes after I ordered). 1 person was helping a customer, the other sitting in the back. I chopped this up to the store being new. Next experience is 1.5/5. I gave it a second go, and my experience was even worse. This time I decided to just order in the store. I was ordering 1 sandwich and 2 salads. Same thing, 2 workers and only 1 person helping me. Not only did it take 30+ minutes for the single worker to complete my order; but, they mixed both of my salads in the same bowl! Two completely different salads, very unsanitary. Not to mention, the person I ordered the second salad for has allergic reaction if they eat egg's (which was made in the first salad). If I didn't catch this and wasn't paying attention, we would have had a trip to the hospital to get a shot. Something needs to change at this location.

Dude making my sandwich sneezed & coughed (not in his sleeve or turned his head) then jusy kept on making my sandwich (matter of factly). I had to refuse to take the sub (Seriously are you kidding me? Excuse me, but can I have the sub but hold the spit please?) Where's the health department when you need them? If he's doing that out front, what the hell is going on in the back? Never again!
