Absolutely terrible store. They never answer the phone.....will place you on hold for 20 minutes. Do not take responsibility for 90 minute delivery time. Terrible management.

The absolute worst food service I have ever had. Repeatedly. This last time I called an hour and a half after placing my order they claimed it just came out of the oven yet the tracker says it was being quality inspected for over an hour. This has happened the last 4 times that I have tried to order food from them. Then when you call you get some rude employee whose only solution was to ask if I wanted to cancel. I cancelled the order. If you can’t fulfill the demand, close the location. If you can’t pay employees enough to work there, go out of business already.

LET me TELL you about Kyle! He was INCREDIBLY open to learning about cross contamination when making a gluten-free pizza for someone with celiac disease.I always order at the register and never use the app. It's just as easy for me to just wait the 15-20 minutes and add my receipt manually for points. Technology DOESN'T make life simple sometimes. Also, I never order for delivery with ANY place that offers this service, not just Domino's. You run the risk of issues.Back to Kyle... he went above and beyond, making sure all utensils, pans and knives were switched. Without asking, he washed/sanitized them all AGAIN and prepared my order in a lined, high-sided container to protect my order from making contact with gluten. He took it upon himself to open a new container of sauce. You know how they take the spoon to swirl the sauce on the crust?... well, the sauce on the counter was LOADED with gluten from previous orders.Someone with celiac disease ALWAYS runs the risk of getting sick when eating out. I felt confident my once a year treat was safe because Kyle did an AMAZING job. Kudos! I'll definitely, be returning.One last bit... Kyle was the ONLY staff member on site after about 15 minutes. I asked why he didn't answer the phone, he said, I'm the only one here."MANAGEMENT NEEDS to hire MORE STAFF!Now, on to the next restaurant to educate them how to make celiac safe food. Hoping the next person I run into has the desire to help and understand this issue. It only takes one person to help bring awareness and change.

The past 2 times placing an online order it has taken over 2 hrs. to get the pizza delivered. Tried calling but was just on hold for over an hour. Couldn't cancel the second order so just threw over $30 down the drain. Would never order from here again.

I have spent alot of money at this store as my 4 kids love pizzaBut I do have a child with a conditionDifficulty swallowing certain foodsSo I order the pizza with extra sauceAnd the past 3 times the pizza has been bone dry.Don't waste your time going to this location as they will not get it rightI even got my work to order pizzas from this location that will come to an end.When I called to let them know about the pizza they hung up on me 2 times.Very disappointed they do not care about the customers wants at all.

My family had horrible days at work, and we needed pizza wings, and time to decompress. We were told they have no control over online orders. Be that as it may, this is a permission slip to never fulfill customer orders correctly or in a timely fashion . Certainly not the drivers responsibility, just poor management and quality control. Pizza needed to be heated in the oven during which time another meal could've been prepared, defeating the purpose. Next time, home cooked meal for my family

Reliable ?A year ago I left the above review but now I change my review due to the delivery charge being raised even higher but also the fact that it’s just a very odd charge to begin with and now that it’s been raised a dollar more we have to pay for a delivery fee the drivers don’t get none of but then we’re supposed to tip the drivers ontop of that just seems to much like greed and price gouging at this point so for this alone I will reconsider where I order from it’s 100% not worth paying at every turn with all these business like our economy taking a huge hit never happened , typical business raise prices to keep the normal flow of profit coming in while the customer gets beat down and hit more and more knowing our struggle right now so this is not a community business in that respect this is business just for the business ?‍♂️ 3 medium pizzas almost $40 come on now smh

I ordered a pizza at my location mountain Rd ,Maryland ,21122 alot but today it Took 2 hrs for my pizza to arrive only to get it cold. The tracker said it was being inspected at 3pm and it sat and sat because it was a pizza I used my points for. The manager Kari voice I could tell she was mad because I called to complain 1st time about it takin over a hour and no pizza. She said it was free no I'm sorry I paid for food and used my points so no it wasn't free and it should not have arrived cold and 2hrs later for delivery at 425 for cold food. This was ordered online at 230 pm and arrived at 425 pm. there was taxes and I paid a $5.00 tip to driver the manager says my driver said u took his $5.00 tip away I said how much sense does that make I can't undo anything after paying for it on line, she says she don't know and she didn't have time to discuss further. So because Domino's has a promotion running that all franchises have to follow this must be what us customers have to feel like for using there points or for getting there free pizza how unprofessional.

Very nasty manager she is very disrespectful and doesn't know how to run a business the way it should be. I would give zero ? if I could. Place needs to be shutdown immediately they don't use gloves or mask and hair wrap. The manager will handle money and credit cards to making pizza barehands no washing whatsoever.
