Don’t waste your time or money. 20+ minute waits in drive thru, even with only one or two cars ahead, they never give sauce if you order it at the mic, you can only get it at the window, and they don’t stick around after handing you your bag, so by the time you check and see it’s not there they’ve run off to the back. The food is almost always burnt or incorrect. It’s just not worth it.

Shorting customers on their food.My double patty burger had one patty cut in half ontop each other.The manager is very rude ? says he's been there 3 years should take some lessons on customer service. This is absolutely the worst place in all of pasadena to get food. Dont even bother trying to call the employees just have the phone off the hook!

I usually like this, Wendy’s, because the food is pretty decent. Compared to other Wendy’s. However, today I ordered a strawberry Sprite and a medium size. When I got to the window and I asked the person at the drive-through where the strawberry sprite was, he told me “you didn’t say Strawberry sprite“. Now I am a very intelligent person and I know exactly what I asked for and what I say, but out of fear for him spitting in my soda I just took the medium sprite but I’m very disappointed because I know I specifically asked for Strawberry . I did not get his name, but he had a star tattoo on his neck behind his ear and was rude. If I see him again at Wendy’s, I will ask that someone else take care of my order.

We went to the one in Pasadena and there was absolutely nobody in there and literally it took forever in the pieces of bacon burgers, so small and not worth the price we paid Wendy’s just needs to retire. Sorry the truth hurts.
