I ordered a phila roll asked for extra salmon. Well went home the salmon was so low quality it had fat throughout it I’ve never eaten smoked salmon like this. It was horrible.

One of my favorite spots. Food is consistently good. I did get the King Lobster roll. In my op3it could have used a little flavor and the structure needs improvement. The wait staff is awesome.

This place cannot stay consistent in quality from their kitchen. I tried to be quiet about the hit and miss orders but today, leap day, our anniversary; y'all are on the list. No one has time to travel back to the restaurant to make sure it's right every visit. The only consistency the is place keeps up is burning their sauces. If it's brown sauce, it's a chance that it has a burnt aftertaste. The shrimp and broccoli and the egg foo young was not up to par. No one requested a burnt aftertaste after eating their main course. The request for a tip before pick up just proved to me why it's a grift for paying more for below par traditional Asian cuisine. I loved this place for over ten years but it's time for someone to step up and start managing Chopstix Gourmet again. I would wish for a change but there are too many places doing things right to keep coming back and expecting disappointment.

Take out order. Sweet sour shrimp was way too spicy. General's chicken was tough, and a piece or two was cold on the bottom- I watched it brought from the kitchen, and the hot & sour soup was as was the top pieces of chicken on the General's chicken, so nothing should have been cold. Used to be good. Not so now.
The food is good with generous portions but please…stop rushing people out the door. Never drop a check until the customer asks for it!!!!

We have been coming here for years but recently the suschi isn't fresh and some of the stuff we use to love is no longer good. I think they are cutting corners like a lot of places do or maybe they have new cooks. Very disappointed

***Be aware**** I order 2 California sushi rolls. One for myself and my 10 year old daughter who is extremely allergic to seafood. I made them aware as I’ve done dozens of times with no issue. The order came out incorrectly, (no cucumber) I asked that it could be added. Intitially I was told no but once I asked for a refund then they agreed to make it over. The lady verified with me no seafood right, allergies. I said yes… thank you. We got home and after the 2nd sushi roll my 10 year old said that it was hard to breathe and her throat was burning. I instantly made her stop and gave her a shot with a epinephrine (needle). We are on our way to the er and I believe this was intentional. Because of the request of a refund. . I have contacted the restaurant and spoke to the owner.Please be careful people are really hateful.

I drive 40 minutes to pickup from Chopstix. Love the dumplings, AND their shrimp toast is worth it alone. Everything is good! So go!
