This is my absolute favorite subway. The employees are so nice there and I feel welcomed whenever I walk in. They always make my sandwich exactly the way I like it. Subway needs to understand that the ONLY reason I go there is because I got a coupon in the mail. I would much rather have a better sub from somewhere else. But, 6.99 for a $5 footlong is a pretty good deal. They told me every sub on the menu was excluded, as well as chicken and beef. Other franchises in the area DO honor the coupon. THIS one just sucks.
The worst subway subway experience I've ever had. My turkey ham and cheese sub came with a half a slice of turkey and ham, and 8 stands of shredded cheese. And I smelled a fart that the grumpy man who rang us up. The fart smelled like manure from the 1920's. Plus the trash/recycle bin led to the same receptacle... Try the location in Exxon on York Road in Hunt Valley, much better location

I received a Subway coupon in the mail. I called and asked if they accepted the coupons? The manager said Yes. When I tried to use the coupon, the manager told me my sub was excluded from the coupon. I advised that the coupon does NOT exclude the Sub I ordered. He said they have a sign which further limits the coupon. Too-much trouble for a $1 or $2 discount and not customer-friendly. Recommend go to Jersey Mikes.

Person making my sandwich had an attitude. I asked if the 2 halves of a footlong sub could be wrapped separately. He said that he would have to charge me for two 6 inch subs instead of a foot long. I guess that extra piece of paper was really expensive.
