Every time it never fails all the chipotle in this area (21208),21133,21117, 21244, is by far a hit or miss but leaning more towards MISS. Chicken and steak was cold. Steak was dry and tough. The chicken was dry. The rice was hard. The things were overcooked. The staff was throwing out food into the containers. As if they just did not care we had enough

Went in with my daughters to order 2 bowls and a burrito. We were greeted at the door by a young man who informed us we would only be able to place an order on the app. I asked why this was and he said he didn't know and asked if I wanted a manager. I said yes and he went to get him. The manager kindly and patiently explained that they were overwhelmed at the grill and for orders in general and this was his way of getting things back right again. They handled everyone that came in courteously despite the attitudes they got from the customers that came in. Amazing customer service and they got all the orders right!! Great job Chipotle manager and team!!!!! I appreciate it.
They need training on consistency because they be all over the place and somebody please coach the cashier about her nasty attitude. You already got money pushed in your face because of it.
