Food is great, they are able to make the sandwiches without it being soggy or dry. I got the Earl’s club and the chipotle chicken. Great flavor and soft bread. I would rate this 6 stars if it was possible.
Felt ignored at the front register, and the cheese on my sandwich wasn't even completely melted. Overall, the sandwich was alright, but not worth nearly $12 with no sides or drink.

The store looked generally clean. The food was cooked immediately upon ordering and both the taste and packaging were good. However, the service was disappointing. Despite it being lunchtime, they had run out of the main ingredient, beef, but there was no indication of this, and when I finally placed my order, they informed me bluntly.
