Today I came in and ordered a Southwest Salad. They filled a bowl with lettuce and then asked me what I wanted on it. They don't even know what is on their menu. If I wanted Chipotle I would have gone there! Also, there was only one person in front of me, but it still took a ridiculous amount of time to get the order because they were so busy filling online orders.

My first time visiting this restaurant. And I have to say, I was not impressed at all. Food was bland, but my problem wasn’t with the actual food, but with the employees. I saw no smile, no greeting, and the one employee who took one of my orders was also working the grill at the same time. It was a mess trying to order, I wasn’t even done adding stuff to my burritos and they were already waiting for me at the register.

I love their new service model as they call it. I might've gone to the restaurant maybe twice in 2023, but I'll plan to go there at least once a week now to get a good salad.

Hair in queso.. no dressing for salad. Just ordered in person tonight. Only substitute for chicken was steak... no avocado, tortillaon side, sauce or peppers... I got spicy onions, corn, tomato, and cheese with small piece of chicken. Dont order here.... don't ever order from here if the high schoolers are working... f*ck this place.
