I love their new service model as they call it. I might've gone to the restaurant maybe twice in 2023, but I'll plan to go there at least once a week now to get a good salad.

Today I came in and ordered a Southwest Salad. They filled a bowl with lettuce and then asked me what I wanted on it. They don't even know what is on their menu. If I wanted Chipotle I would have gone there! Also, there was only one person in front of me, but it still took a ridiculous amount of time to get the order because they were so busy filling online orders.
