“Any other review is lying they good ash I think I’m their best customer only problem is when I order cheesesteak they don’t fully thaw it before they give it to you and sometimes if you get a drink and they don’t have it they don’t call you for a 2nd option they throw whatever drink in the bag but other than that they are fire?“

“we love subway for its freshness and healthy fast food options. we even get subway sandwiches when we are in austria. but the steak sandwich my husband got from this location impressed even us the long time subway customers! it was super tasty! one of the best subway sandwiches we have ever gotten! the place looked brand new and clean, cozy! and Bre who made us the sandwich is such a joy with super positive attitude and vibe! and she knows her stuff! keep up with the good work, bre!“

“Wow, what a surprise the food here. I have a friend who is always ranting to me about how good the food and finally I stopped and checked it out. The food was great, the sandwiches are huge. The ? donuts are excellent. This is a small little restaurant next to gas station, so don't be expecting full service dining. They have an area to sit and enjoy your meal. I will be definitely visiting more often now.“

“I’ve been craving chicken salad so I called around to see who had it. I tried this place and it was decent (a little sweet but not much other seasoning it seemed)…I’ll just doctor it up though. Bros Larry that helped me was sooo nice! He made the experience worth it. HOWEVER, what would’ve made the trip a 5⭐️is if we only focused on my yummy “Ice box cookies” that I finally found. I’ve been looking for these cookies for about 20 years since I was in middle school and would buy them from next door at Eddie’s at Roland Park. #MADEMYWHOLEDAY “

“An amazing experience every time no matter who is present in the store. :) I am always greeted, the portion sizes are a great value and every time I see any employee, they are always smiling and it truly seems like they enjoy their jobs—which can be rare to find now-a-days in customer service. For today’s visit, Chase made my subs and he made them with care and generous toppings! They were delicious and I can’t wait to go back :)“

“This is my first time trying Charleys! I ordered the old school cheesesteak and cheese/bacon fries!! I also got the watermelon strawberry lemonade. I ordered for pick up through their website which was very easy and user friendly. My main take away is I wish I could have created my own cheesesteak because I wanted super specific toppings which I probably could do in the store. Other than that the lemonade is YUMMY, the fries are pretty good and the sun overall was good. I need to try more items and maybe order in store next time and that could have earned a 5 star. For a quick sub meal this is a good place to try out! I think I will get their wings next time too to see how they are. The staff were super friendly, the inside was cleaned and smelled good! My order was ready EXACTLY when they said it would be. It was a good experience worth another try! One last thing - THE FOOD CONTAINERS ARE PRETTY AWESOME!!!Thank you Charleys staff“

“I give 5 stars, only because the guy Samuel prepares the Subways very good, professionally, and fast. What you ask he does greatly.Unfortunately the older small guy in that location is not good and rude. Once he didn’t want to get Italian bread with herbs, he said they didn’t have it but when I decided to leave he found one and he always puts just few vegetables if you ask to put more onions he refuses and tells you that they only have those not more. This location is very close to me when I come and see that guy is working I usually don’t order and go to another location located 3 miles from there.“
