Most of the time that I order from here they get something wrong. On my last order they forgot my chips, and seemingly gave me extra cheese instead of extra carnitas. I usually like Chipotle, but I can't recommend this location.

I used the app to order and not only did they not start the order until well after I arrived, and the ETA already having passed, they completely got the order wrong and put meat all over my vegetarian order, and it didn’t have any Sofrito like I asked. This is by far the worst dining experience I’ve ever had in my life. This place needs to be closed down immediately.

What is wrong with ppl. This is the second Chipotle I’ve visited this week. Food good. Customer service horrible. They must hate their jobs- for real. The Latinas need to be aware that ppl can understand multiple languages.

I used to love this spot, but now everything is in shambles. They NEVER have salad dressing, to the point where I know tell they are blatantly lying. Horrible customer service and they don’t even give you what you paid for(very little portions). My mom has continually had bad experiences going there and I don’t plan on going back either. I love chipotle but we’ve had enough.

Third time in a couple months ordering through Uber Eats where this location does not read the order. I always order double portion of protein and barely get a single portion. The tomatoes in the salsa were green or colorless. The queso was very runny and was not made properly. Please take your time to make things right. Read the order.

This is my fav restaurant, the food is so good, I could probably only eat chipotle and still be okay, I just have a problem with these two visits I one had. So I ordered online and when I got to the restaurant, there was an employee who when I asked for my meal said she “forgot” to make it and I had to stand there while she made it, then the very next time, that same lady was there agian and she once agian “forgot” to make my meal. I think it’s only that woman and I haven’t seen her since that situation, most of my visits her have luckily been good and the food is made so fast! :)

Worst location I've been to. To start, the food I ordered was ridiculously salty. But the worst part was the customer service. Not all, but most of the women there had bad attitudes. My bowl wasn't closed properly. This caused my order to leak out. Eventually the bag ripped and my food fell on the floor. I went right back and asked if they could remake my order. I was met with attitude. At first they acted like they didn't speak English. When the manager came and said they could redo it, even she had an attitude. Once they saw I could understand Spanish they started to whisper. ? Idk if anyone higher up will see this but please get plastic bags and or better paper ones. This is not the first time this has happened to me either. It would also be nice if your workers were trained better in customer service.

Chipotle signature salad dressing is one of the few things I truly look forward to when I get chipotle. They know it's popular yet at this store they didn't have any ready for lunch??? The cashier said they had not portioned it yet. When I asked if they could portion some out for me, the manager came out and said they didn't have any and they don't plan on doing anything until after the lunch rush. Wild to me that was the case. I don't write reviews much but when I do it's because I'm either extremely dissatisfied or satisfied with my service. I am beyond disappointed at this chipotle. I only eat my chipotle with salad dressing. No other way. I won't be going back to this store. I might not be going back to chipotle any time soon.

To sum it all up I was charged for extra rice when I know I shouldn’t have been it’s not my fault that this location doesn’t know how to prepare accordingly it wasn’t even busy and why get a attitude with me ….yes I had to ask three times for extra rice cause she kept pinching it to save for the next person I ended up getting a refund cause this I’m not my first problem with this location … I don’t mean to be that person but this location needs some diversity on the line cause it’s like if you don’t speak Spanish or look like them you get treated different or like your just bothering them i knew I should have went to another location….it’s not about the money it’s about the treatment and the principal
