“This is by far the worst Dunkin I’ve ever been to. No one here seems to have any idea how to do their jobs. Expect to stand at the counter for at least 10 minutes before anyone even notices you’re here. It’s almost expected that some part of your order will be wrong.“
“I'm surprised it's location only has three stars. Whenever I order ahead, the food and drink are always ready for me. Sometimes I only give a couple minutes ahead of time and they never fail. I will say sometimes their food options are cold by the time I get them. Parking is decently convenient with just a few spots right outside the location and a nearby garage with several retail parking spots available.“
“Today turned out to be a wet and dreary Saturday so I decided to come here and pick up some breakfast food for my husband and I. Thankfully this location was open relatively early, and I was surprised to find out that I wasn't the only customer with the same idea. There were probably 5 customers seated inside, and one customer in front of me waiting to order. To ere were also a handful of employees working behind the counter today. I went for 3 strawberry frosted and 3 apple fritter donuts for the two of us. I had considered getting coffee as well, but I'm trying to scale back on my coffee consumption. I've already eaten one of the strawberry frosted donuts and it was delicious!“
“The lady that works Thursday mornings (or today 1/18/2024 around 12pm) CONSISTENTLY makes the best version of my daily go to maple/sweet black pepper bacon and egg croissant breakfast sandwich and the white choco signature cold drink. Another worker told me that the bacon is pre-seasoned which I’m sad about only because sometimes the bacon tastes plain , it’ll be nice if there’s extra seasoning for flavor to differentiate it from the regular sandwich since we are paying more for maple bacon. The wintergreen plaza location’s bacon seems to have more flavor when it comes to their maple bacon for some reason. A couple times, I’ve gotten cold eggs and stomach aches moments after as well. For these reasons I would’ve given a 3/5 rating BUT, because of the staff that works Wednesday mornings, I have to give them a 5/5. She’s awesome and always wishes you a great day with a smile :)“
“The high rating is for the fresh donuts and great customer service. These ladies are always in a bright mood. I just started eating donuts again and they’re right along my commuting route. Not a fan of their coffee, I tried it and it’s not for me. It was harsh, but I’m not caffeine person so maybe that’s the normal feeling. I don’t understand why they don’t have chocolate glazed donuts, instead they have double chocolate. It’s not bad, but you’ll need milk. They sell milk bottles here as well.“
“I have been going to this Dunkin for years when I am in the area, and I believe it is the best one! Orders are always prepared quickly, correctly, and even better, their warm foods (wraps etc) don’t have that weird taste you often get with Dunkin foods (I assume it’s related to the cleaning products used in the appliances). The staff are friendly, and many current staff have been there even before COVID. Highly recommend!“
