Came twice within 2 months and both time ordered a box of coffee. Both times the coffee machine was broken. Luckily Panera is next door and their coffee machine is never broken. Did cost me an additional 20 minutes of time :). Time to replace your coffee machine? Though I'll be ordering from Panera in the future.
