Went in for the free dozen donuts and there was a long line of people picking up the same thing. I thought the manager was going to be mad, but when it came to my turn, she tried to hand me a dozen and a box of 3, but I backed away thinking it was someone else's order. She said "do you want your donuts?" I asked "what is the small box?" She said "I'm giving you 3 free donuts because you had to wait so long, but if you don't want it...." She is super nice!

Fresh, hot donuts to order but probably the slowest service we had received at a to-go restaurant. While I understand that each order takes a while to pack, it took an extremely long amount of time in both the regular line and the drive through line. In fact, they weren't taking orders through the box - only in the window!

Never ever come back here again , Customers service so bad and rude !!!!! I live in silver spring 20 minutes from this store and I order my donuts on app when I come over to pick up they don't have it , and they said ll refund my money on. The app by next day. .

My son likes to go here every two weeks on Wednesday. They are slow and half the time can't hear in the drive through. So I use it to teach him how to order and pay himself

First, it was delivered by a DoorDash driver who didn't knock (hotel) and left the bag on the floor outside my door! Then it didn't have the secured seal across the boxes. How do I know my order wasn't tapered with?

The Krispy Kreme doughnuts are getting smaller and the ones with filling frequently only have a dot of filling. I ordered lemon filled today and when I got home I found them to be raspberry instead. Two of the so-called filled doughnuts had no filling at all. I was very disappointed. IMPORTANT NEWS FOR THOSE OF YOU LIKING TO GET THEM WHEN THEY ARE HOT. All you need to do is put one doughnut in the microwave for 12-15 seconds and they taste like they are just out of the oven. If the doughnut was getting a little stale, it takes that away too and they taste much fresher. ENJOY!

The HOT SIGN was on so I pulled into the drive through even though I was already late to work lol. I got through the line quickly and didn't have any issues. The drive through attendant was friendly and quick. The donuts were hot and melt in your mouth just like I remember as a kid. My whole workplace was so happy when I came in with these delicious hot donuts and I think I brightened everyone's day. Thank you!

This is my first time visiting this place to pick up an order that was placed yesterday. The order was not ready, and they did not want to try to get my order done. Instead, they wanted to give me a refund. I explained to them this is for an event tomorrow. Then I was told to wait 20 minutes but actually waited 40 minutes. I asked to speak with a manager to get to get at least free dount for my son who was waiting with me. The manager on site denied the request and told me that I had been refunding everyone today and had to ask my employer to stop doing what she was doing to get your donut done. I will not be coming back.
