Very nice staff!! I ordered about 14 items for our office luncheon- when I picked up everything was perfectly done. They said 30 minutes and it was exactly that. They were also kind enough to give us free miso soup! I will definitely be ordering from them again!
Even though the sushi restaurant is located in a grocery store, I can confirm that they make all their sushi fresh in the morning. If you are unsure, go early in the morning when lotte first opens and you will see them making the sushi. Also, they make fresh sushi made to order if you want that option as well (it is available over the phone or business website and possible depending on how busy the store is throughout the day). Hidden gem!! Inside of Lotte International Market is this high quality sushi takeout. Delicious dragon crunch roll and amazing deals on all the chef special nigiri and roll combos. The fish is so fresh and tuna is a beautiful dark red. Cannot wait to go back!
