As a restaurant I don’t recommend it, they confuse the orders, it takes a long time to get your food, they give you the food cold and not cooked all the way

It is not a restaurant, it is more like a small shop/store and hookah bar. I got a to go food (stew) and it wasn't fresh, not going there again.

wow wow wow!!!! what amazingly delicious food! First time ordering food from this place. We celebrated our daughters 12th birthday and ordered a mix of chicken and beef kabobs with rice for lunch. We also asked for food suggestion for our vegan guest and they recommended the Falafel sandwich with humus substitute instead of the tzatziki sauce. Our guest loved the food and our vegan guest also raved about the Falafels. The meat was bursting with flavor and delicious rice and sauces ! We will definitely be ordering from their catering service menu again for all our future events. Not to forget the Persian cookies! I bought 3 different packages, the baklava made with rosewater ! you need to do your taste buds a favor and try it next time.

We love Sam Cafe & Market! Our daughter had her birthday this weekend and we ordered catering, the food was AMAZING! and the service was outstanding. We are vegan and it was nice to have delicious vegan options available. I would 100% recommend.

This was the worst dining experience I've ever had. There were only 4 customers when we walked in. We ordered a simple salad and 3 simple sandwiches and it took over 40 mins to get our food. The salad was just a bunch of herbs still on the stems with whole radishes some feta and walnuts. No dressing. I asked for some oil and vinegar and got vinegar and melted butter. The bread that was supposed to come with it came after we had basically finished lunch. The sandwiches were really basic and didn't have much flavor and I was surprised they used mayonnaise rather than Greek yogurt with spices. You couldn't pay me to ever eat there again.

Sorely disappointed by the clear LACK of beans on the level of the San Jose Buffalo Wild Wings. Please make Buffalo Wild Wings Beans if you want me to come again.Also, disappointed by the fact that NONE of the workers are named Sam.

I remember when this place used to be nice with good food and good groceries! Now, totally different story. It is turning into a smoke shop with some groceries on the side. I went there yesterday to buy tea and cookies. After reaching home, the cookies were expired and smelled bad. What should I do! Directly to the trash, did not even bother calling the store, as the guy there was not the nicest too!! I just lost $10 but anyway, my last trip there ever.

Nestled on Rockville pike is this delightful cafe and market that offers many different varieties of foods and spices that cater to middle eastern tastes, the store also has gifts and other items for sale, if you find yourself in Rockville do yourself a favor and stop by Sam’s Cafe and market, believe me you’ll be glad you did.
We ordered delivery from Sam Cafe twice during this pandemic and have been very pleased with the food and the quick service both times. Their kebob's are always juicy and flavorful, accompanied by generous portions of bismati rice and yogurt dressing. We tried different appetizers and strews on the menu and they are always delicious with just the right amount of spice and herbs. We will definitively order from Sam cafe again and I highly recommend their food and service.

2x they have been listed as open and taken an order, this time they actually took my money and we showed up only to find the doors locked and no way to cancel the order or get in touch with anyone. I had to open a dispute through my credit card company. We live down the street and had never heard of this bulls**t place, no wonder! Never again, dont trust them!!

Have tried to order twice from this place, which is not only listed as being open but taking orders online, and credit card info! We went to pick up the food when they said it would be ready and the doors were locked, and there was no way to contact anyone or cancel the order! This place is a fraud!!! Do not trust them or give them access to your credit card! Now I have to open a dispute w my credit card company! Thanks aholes
