Another customer along with my family left because the waitress serving us was not there (she did not write the order down and asked us three times what we order.....that was over a half hour) . Apparently, the other family had the same problem and spoke to the manager as well. It's convenient to the college but will not go there again.

Never overly busy. The food and service was great. The elevator music playing throughout the restaurant make you feel much older, like you're sitting in a retirement home waiting to eat.

Service was terrible. Was told when we entered that it would be a 15 minute wait. Watched as multiple people finished eating and left. Tables were cleared and cleaned. After 25 minutes we inquired to both the hostess and cashier and were basically ignored. Left without being seated. Not the first time that service has been slow. Done with IHOP!

Slow, slow, slow, three tables occupied, at least 7 staff and everything took three times as long. Waited to pay because our waitress had to take the payment, all staff was in the back at a meeting. Waitress was very polite. Avoid!

They food tastes weird, the IHOP in salisbury is better. The place smells funky and the service is slow.

Smh the service was horrible! Only two servers. Bought our food out in parts. Had to keep asking for napkins ,ketchup, a1 sauce. The grits were horrible. Only one person was offered a refill. By the tine my husband got his pancakes the rest of his food was cold.

Came in for breakfast. Sat and waited for waiter for about 10 mins, then another 10 for drinks and another 10 before ordering. Ordered. Took 30 mins to come out. Hair in my food. Pretty much no service. Management came out and stood at our table not saying anything just staring. What a waste of time and ruined my morning
This particular location was empty, but still took 15-25 minutes for a simple order of pancakes, no sides! Was pretty much a ghost, seating myself after standing at the entrance for awhile too long! Only one waitress had a uniform. Couldn't tell the difference between employee and customer. The mood seemed somber... made the atmosphere dense. Used to have the best pancakes!! What happened!? International House of Pancakes..??

Took 45 minutes to get our food, they forgot my egg , steak was over cooked, pancakes were cold and hard. No syrup, salt or pepper. Wife’s food was supposed to have sour cream and salsa. It did not I felt bad for the waiter because the kitchen set him up for failure
