Bad experience. 4 cars total in the drive thru infront of me. I was able to go straight up to order. Ordered my food. Very clearly. Cashier told me some outrageous amount. I calcified. Y order 3 times. Someone else had to help her. Super easy order. 5 soft tacos. One 8 piece chicken nugget. 1 medium Mt dew. First total given to me was $35. I questioned it. She stood by it 2 times. The 3rd time the helper fixed it. Finally got the right amount given to me. So after that debacle. I proceeded to wait 15 minutes to get to the window. Which is absurd for any drive thru. Remind you. Only 4 cars infront of me. Get to the window. Pay for my food. Get the wrong drink. My food and no receipt. I was already disgusted so I said screw the drink but give me a receipt atleast. It was horrible and uncalled for. I will never be back there and will definitely tell alot of people about this experience. 2 stars is ONLY because the food is at least normal.

Waited inside 30 min for a 5 piece nuggets and a chitzza. The cashier a young female with facial piercings was steadily taking orders. She never bothered to get anyone's order together. The manager was rude and unprofessional. It was clear she was stressed and lacked management skills. Saying she was going to walk out. Drive thru doesn't need 5 people. The cashier working front counter should have had a runner.

What a joke this place is. 1 hour wait for chicken. How do you run out of chicken when your a chicken place SMH. This place needs too be shut down. Corporate has been called not that it will do any good. Over priced food that's not even worth the wait.

They didn’t have any dark meat prepped for my doordash order, and the day before I waited 30 minutes before I canceled the order. These employees were no help and would just walk away from me after telling them the name on my order.

The guy who waited on us looked like Hunter Biden. Confused, appeared crack addicted and had absolutely no idea what he was doing. After the very nice, clearly stressed out manager fixed our order, everything was great. The food was hot, tasty and prepared very well. Only reason for 4 stars was the terrible Biden impersonator.

This is the worst KFC I have ever been to you can order on the App and still wait 20-30 minutes minutes for your already paid for food. It's always a problem going on with staff and their horrible attitudes towards other members of staff and to the customers. The food is halfway decent and I even heard a manager tell her staff they needed to make sure they had on gloves when handling food. Just not a good place.

Service at drive thru was extremely slow at 2pm on a Thursday. A lot of cars but the line was barely moving. Food was good, as expected, but I will definitely order ahead and go in to pick up next time.

I try to stay away from this place because it’s ALWAYS something. I ordered through the app and got a bucket of chicken with a large side of fries for quick pick up. I arrived and they informed me they were out of fries. okay, cool, but since I ordered a large fry I figured two regular sides in place of them would work. So I said I’ll take a coleslaw and Mac and cheese. The young lady disappeared and her “manager” came up. She stated she could not give me two sides. I said if I can’t get what I want then give me a refund. She disappeared and came back with a scolding nasty look and placed my other side in the bag. I had to laugh internally because she was looking at me LIKE I DID SOMETHING WRONG. How are you angry at me??? I said thank you and she said nothing, again, attitude for no reason. I’m sure they are used to the bad treatment because they can’t seem to ever get a damn thing right but I was already mentally prepared for the bullfuckery. Of course I threw that Mac and cheese away when I got home, I didn’t trust it after that. Then I realized they gave me large sized sides when I got home. I would have gladly taken regular sized sides in lieu of my large side. I understand things happen but when your attitude is nasty it completely changes the whole situation. My job would NEVER allow someone to act like that.

How do you run out of chicken at 8:30 p.m.?!! Service here is always subpar - but when they literally cut you off to tell you "they ain't gonna lie but we have no chicken"...? Do better!

I waited for 24 minutes for my dine in order.I tried the new 8 piece spicy wing combo for me and my wife.I had 3 fresh wings on the top and 5 cold wings at the bottom.likewise my wife's order of wings was cold also.I won't ever be back here again and I did inform the manager of that fact.

The drive thru is always very slow, about 20 to 30 minutes waiting! No exaggeration!! The manager was disciplining one of her employees publicly!

Best chicken sandwich and fries with a cold Baja blast definitely recommend and will come back in the future with the great staff working super hard and the restaurant was clean tidy and amazing. Happy 4th of July!
