I love going to this Chick-fil-A and I couldn't wait to come back to this location after renovations were completed. My waffle fries were hot and beautifully golden, my chicken sandwich was delicious, and the portion of my sandwich was great.Ashlyn and Emmalee (pronounced exactly how it's spelled) were absolute sweethearts! Thank you for the great food and customer service! :)
Just went through the drive thru for a milkshake. I love that they meet you outside. The biggest challenge with that model is when you don't know what you want. It creates an awkward moment because it's not obvious if they have a menu on them. The car in front of you knew what they wanted and are speeding thru the line. Now you feel rushed! I already have fairly high expectations for Chick-fil-A so I usually don't find it necessary to write a review but the Chick-fil-A in Severna Park was even a step above what I typically expect. The restaurant was clean and food was fresh like I was expecting but the food was ready extremely fast and Joe went out of his way to make sure I felt important. Thank you.
