I am rating this based solely on the fact that I needed a restroom in an emergency and the bathroom was inadequate! I had to rush into the bathroom, due to a flare-up. The handicapped stall was being used by someone talking loudly on the phone, and I couldn't wait, so I opted for the smaller stall. I could barely get in it, as it's about the size of an airplane stall and I am a taller than average, full figured lass, but it was that or shyte myself. As soon as I sat down, I regretted ot because I realized that I couldn't open my legs because the toilet paper dispenser was next to my knee. No matter how I moved, I couldn't position myself in a way to be able to wipe myself up. This was quite the predicament. The person in the stall next to me, who was an employee, finished up but didn't wash her hands, so I decided at that moment I was definitely NOT going to buy any breakfast. I then, partially pulled up my trousers, said a silent prayer and gingerly tip-toed to the larger stall to wipe up. If the toilet paper holder had been a few inches higher, or the stall had been 6 inches wider, this wouldn't have been an issue, but I was mortified. Someone needs to think about the people who might be using these stalls when planning where /how to place things. This could have resulted in a very bad way for me, in many ways. And reinforce the importance of hand washing with your employees. Hepatitis A is REAL!!

Ordered on app for dine in. Entered table number. Food is supposed to be brought to the table. Instead staff just shouts the table number from the front counter. Of course I didn't realize this so my food just sat and got cold until I went looking for it. Found other customers complaining about the same issue, even for kiosk orders.Otherwise the place seems fairly clean and the food up to standard. Self serve drink fountains are closed, so no custom mixed drink. Overall disappointment. I'll stick to curbside from now on.
