I go here often for coffee because it's nearby but I can't say I fully recommend this location to anybody, especially if you're in a hurry. I don't think there's been a single time they've gotten my order right the first go around and there have been multiple times I've waited upwards of ten minutes to get my order even as the only customer at the site. My ONLY complaint about this location is that the music is too loud, I mean like absurdly loud, like they're trying to keep people from dining on location. Everything else is great!

I went to get a Cappuccino Blast like I usually do at this location and it's been fine. But today it was terrible. It had no icecream in it. Only ice and milk, it wasn't smooth. Just crunchy and ice. I couldn't believe it. I knew it was wrong once I saw the man hand it to me. I ordered mocha flavor too and it looked very light.
