I recently visited the Dunkin' Donuts located near my house, and I must say, it was a disappointing experience from start to finish.Firstly, the bagels I ordered were as hard as a rock. It was nearly impossible to even take a bite without feeling like I was going to break a tooth. The lack of freshness was incredibly disappointing, and it felt like they had been sitting out for days.To make matters worse, my coffee was completely wrong. I specifically ordered it with no sugar, yet it was loaded with sugar when I received it. It was undrinkable, and I had to throw it away.Overall, my experience at this Dunkin' Donuts was extremely disappointing. The poor quality of the food, combined with the incorrect order, has left me with no desire to return. I would not recommend this location to anyone looking for a pleasant dining experience.

Ordered a bacon avocado toast and used my points to redeem a large iced chai with hazelnut flavoring. The avocado toast is ok but has been my go to for something quick but filling. My beverage was awful though. That hazelnut flavoring tastes extremely processed and has this strong artificial taste. Service is amazing, they're always quick and friendly. I haven't been inside the store but it's new so I'm sure it's really clean.

We have never had a good experience when we have come and have been here over five times. When we go inside we are never greeted by the workers to have them take our orders. We often wait for several minutes when we are the only customers in the store. There are often 5 employees congregated on their phones talking. One time they were cussing excessively while we were present with our young children. A separate time, the iced coffee tasted so sour that my husband and I threw out our coffees immediately after leaving the store- and we are fairly tolerant of fair tasting coffee. Another visit we had to ask for our food items several times when we were once again the only customers in the store. We will no longer be coming to this Dunkin’ Donuts.

Placed an order online right outside the door just so they wouldn't have to deal with the register. It's 2 hours before the sign says the store closes but surprise surprise the doors are locked and no one in sight.

Yet again at the Cloverly location, I paid for 3 bacon egg and cheese sandwiches which had no bacon. I'll stick with the Olney location.

Such slow service. It's got to be the slowest Dunkin' in the area.

There was only one person inside the store myself four other cars waited in line for more than 10 minutes before an order was taken?

Since this store opened, I have ordered my kids breakfast from here every Friday on the way to school as a treat for their hard work in school. I use to visit the drive thru which usually took 10 minutes with only one person in front of us. So I downloaded the app and it is even worse. I normally order around 645 because I know they are slow and I will get there around 710 for online order grab n go. Despite me ordering early I still have to request my 2 donuts or have to wait for drinks or sandwiches. The employees constantly ignore you and never ask if they can help. Meanwhile people are standing in line to order and are never helped. When confronted by customers the excuse is alway, “there are only 2 of us working and the manager set us up on the schedule”. There is a huge lack of customer service skills and the owner should definitely look into this lack of proper scheduling. I don’t work in the restaurant industry but it is not hard to figure out that you need more than 2-3 people working the morning shift at a busy location such as this. This location is great and could be very prosperous for the owner if it is run the right way. They will continue to lose money with this poorly managed location. They will definitely see a dropped in business/revenue in the coming weeks when the Cloverly Burger King opens within the coming weeks.

This is the slowest store! They run out of supplies, poor staffing. They can not meet the demand of the customer flow. Just horrible 10-15 minute wait.

Service was extremely slow. Ordered today at 8:07am. Got an iced coffee and a Sausage egg and cheese breakfast sandwich. After waiting for 17minutes I asked where my order was. They informed me they were out of sausage which is fine but I was waiting for 17min and no one ever said anything?! HORRIBLE service. I stopped here before going to work. Took a total of 30 min to get my order. They need more help back there. Management is horrible at this place. They have no napkins straws or anything out. Understaffed which causes massive wait times. STAY AWAY!

The service is so incredibly slow. Constantly sold out of ingredients but show as availableon the app. Staff is always nice, but Corporate needs to help them out with more staff and figuring out their inventory.
