The service is so incredibly slow. Constantly sold out of ingredients but show as availableon the app. Staff is always nice, but Corporate needs to help them out with more staff and figuring out their inventory.
I wasn't positive where to put this review. It's Dunkin', after all. It's new, and it's not a dump. It could be more clean, but it's not so dirty I won't stay and work while drinking coffee. Also, the workers serving the coffee have been fine. There are 2 issues. First, I would agree with the other review. There is a lack of professionalism. Ordered a bacon avocado toast and used my points to redeem a large iced chai with hazelnut flavoring. The avocado toast is ok but has been my go to for something quick but filling. My beverage was awful though. That hazelnut flavoring tastes extremely processed and has this strong artificial taste. Service is amazing, they're always quick and friendly. I haven't been inside the store but it's new so I'm sure it's really clean.
