The food was very good, I loved the salmon! It was well seasoned and well cooked, and very tasty.The chicken was also very nice too along with the lamb. All the dishes I had were lovely, It was some of the best food I’ve had in a while. I highly recommend to try this place out, great food, great service and a great price.

The lady who serves is always in a hurry and angry.He answers the phone and gets angry because we don't know the menu.The chicken is good, it's just the lady who has an arrogant attitude. My receipt says that Evelin L served me.There is no small or big customer, it doesn't matter if the order is online, in person or by phone, all customers deserve respect. Evelin asks for fewer hours so that you are not stressed or asks for a helper, you are a cashier, you pack, you give ice cream, you sometimes help fry the cassava, you roast potatoes, you take time to serve all the customers who come to consume. If you are busy and they call you on the phone for an order, put them on hold, let them know that you will attend to them in a minute, but don't make sounds that show that you don't like being asked for an order when you are busy and you also get upset about having to give it. the menu, sorry that we don't have a good memory to know what exactly they sell. Today I bought the chicken there because the flavor is decent, but it honestly hurt me to pay for it because of the lady's attitude. The man who cuts the chicken is very polite.

Placed a pick up order and they forgot 1 side and didn't listen to my instruction to add beans to my kids quesadilla. Also their side salad is literally lettuce and tomato. they didn't ask what dressing I wanted nor provided any.

The chicken is not freshly cooked, the sides are limited and cold and the lady behind the counter has NO personality. I'll drive the 15-20 minutes to Wheaton, for fresh hot Peruvian chicken.

Have been here a couple of times before and each visit, the quality and availability of food declines. Either they don't have enough of one item or can't get the requested meal. Came in yesterday and the meal I got (1/4 chicken) was just bland and did the job, which was to quell my hunger and wasn't enjoyable. I was on lunch break and didn't have time to wait and get it fixed. I will say the young lady who works the counter is always pleasant to me, so service isn't an issue. I hope the owner(s) take heed to my and other reviews and improve your product.

The food at Fidel is good. The only problem is when I call to place the order. They never answer the phone!!And I noticed when I go there how the woman at the register hung up the phone so that the calls wouldn't come in. Unfortunately I think they don't like taking orders over the phone or maybe it's restaurant policy. Food is good, customer service needs improvement!Parking: NaKid-friendliness: Na

Really disappointed in the recent decline of this restaurant. Their food has always been one of our favorites- but the past two times we’ve tried to eat there they’ve been out of chicken (?!) at dinner time on a Friday. This includes a DoorDash order where it took 30 minutes to get an email that my chicken was substituted with more vegetables because the chicken was out of stock (so was essentially going to get a big order of sides for dinner). When I tried to call the restaurant to cancel the order the line is repeatedly busy with no option to leave a message or call back. Sadly won’t be trying to eat here again anytime soon.

We entered the place and it felt like we were not welcome, the lady upfront was really really rude and loud but I would give a five stars to the guy in the kitchen, he was very kind and friendly. She didn’t even asked if we wanted to food for dinning in or to go. They served our food that was for dinning in on a to go box, not like the ones on the pictures so we were expecting our food on plates. Food was really dry, I ordered a Lomo saltado and it was very dry and it’s supposed to be juicy.But yeah, this was a really bad experience, I think the owner or manager should talk to this lady so she can at least try to be a little nicer, I have experience on costumer service and she did not provided none of that.
