We’ve gotten a chicken dinner with sides no less than 20 times (always takeout). Fidel’s is always so good, but tonight was the best yet. The chicken was super flavorful and juicy.. beans and rice both great. Love this place!
While the food is pretty good and preparation time is efficient, the customer service here leaves much to be desired. A little more friendliness, some acknowledgement of the 25% tips, and recognition of a regular customer could go a long way in making this a more positive experience. And free refills on drinks would be appropriate for the price we pay.

This new, vibrant restaurant is a blessing to collesvile and WAY better than Sardi’s! If you like your food seasoned, fairly priced and generous portions- Fidels is for you! My family ordered half chicken ,shrimp tacos, shrimp saltado & their house made cuban drink. The food was cooked well, seasoned just right and I did t spend an arm and a leg for three meals.
