I have to be fair regarding the 4 stars on atmosphere. The ladies working were absolute sweethearts. The food was just what I wanted/needed. Unfortunately they are one of the last few Jerry's locations still around.If you like cheesesteaks and good people, please support them. Pay a visit and see how nice they are. God bless.
I called to order a cheese pizza in advanced. The employee said that their machine is broken in a rude and fast fashion paced tone and hung up. I called back to make sure I heard it right, that a pizza shop’s pizza oven is broken. The employee yelled it was broken and hung up. Every time I went the pizza was great. It’s just the way that the employee spoke to me has me wondering if I’ll ever eat Jerry’s Pizza again.

We used to order from this place from time to time, but I don't know what changed (management or ownership?). Our last visit was uninviting. We walked in to order lunch and the employees were rude. Additionally the online menu no longer reflects what they carry, so you shouldn't order unless you're inside the shop, which is a bit dingy. The subs themselves were average. Better than Subway, but nothing to rave about.Edit: I wanted to add one more star to my rating for the professional response from the GM.

I really love their cheese pizza - it's delicious! And prices are much lower than other places around here. I pick one up at least once a week on my way home.
I got Home and found hair in my sub !!!!! I called and she had a nasty attitude 0/10 . I wasted time and money , idont even want the sub anymore . They’re eating in the kitchen when I walk in to pick up my food . Red Flag .

Arrived at 7:53 to pick up an online order and it was closed, doors were locked. I looked up the hours to find that they close at 8. Very frustrating and unprofessional. If closing time is before 8, it should be specified.

The service wasn't great, I didn't get what I ordered and told the person who gave me my food and she just gave me the same thing so I spent extra money for nothing, and the ranch I got for my wings was spoiled I could tell from the smell as soon as I opened the container.
