We used to order from this place from time to time, but I don't know what changed (management or ownership?). Our last visit was uninviting. We walked in to order lunch and the employees were rude. Additionally the online menu no longer reflects what they carry, so you shouldn't order unless you're inside the shop, which is a bit dingy. The subs themselves were average. Employees were very nice. My only complaint was that they would not give us water. I think if you spend 20 dollars in a place they should let you have some waterKid-friendliness: Treated my granddaughter like a movie star

I have to be fair regarding the 4 stars on atmosphere. The ladies working were absolute sweethearts. The food was just what I wanted/needed. Unfortunately they are one of the last few Jerry's locations still around.If you like cheesesteaks and good people, please support them. Pay a visit and see how nice they are. God bless.
