They've got the nastiest burgers at this store.My burger was burnt and cold. I spend most of my time picking off the burnt part of the burger and when you think you've got enough of it off you can still taste the burnt on the burger it was a waste of money and so disappointing and my onion rings were cold too.. Take my advice and don't buy anything from this burger king. I've been eating burger king just about all my life and this burger king food will turn you off.. but if you like nasty cold burnt burgers then by all means this burger king is for you.Corporate should close this place.

They need the ‘keith lee’ intervention. The cashier just stood there w/o greeting me or asking what I needed. When I gave her the hand & reported her, she wanted to revert back to basic customer service. Smh, it’s shameful!

Nigel needs a raise! He fluently took the Spanish guest orders with grace. I just knew I was going to interact with him but his manager asked him to prepare food ? The girl who took my order was so bland, how you go from Nigel to bland?! She got on a mask so you can barely hear her. From what I see Nigel needs to be the highest paid employee over the entire staff today even manager/shift lead. && I didn’t even get a chance to interact with him, this review is solely off a visit today. Nigel was on his ish ? Great Job Nigel‼️ oh && somebody need to wipe the front door it looks disgusting ?
the manager in this place is terrible. I went in yesterday after work around 1:30 p.m. I asked that the staff change their gloves due to me being a non pork eater. He stated " I can not promise cross contamination". How do you say "have it your way" and you can't make a fish sandwich without being able to cross contaminate with bacon.

I don't normally do this, but I had to! I just left the @BurgerKing at the Marlow Heights Shopping center in Temple Hills, MD and when I asked to have a burger cut in half, they told the guy at the window to give me a knife! Isn't this BK have it your way?? Smh

This is probably the cleanest and quickest Burger King I have ever been to.BUT! They have items displayed on the menu that they don't even sell! Why is it on the menu if you don't sell it? Make it make sense.
