We arrived the place was packed with what look like someone's birthday party. There was no where to sit, no crab legs, the buffet looked filthy, kids were running around all over the place unsupervised, and the waitress tried to force another guest to get up and move to make room for my table. The rude server went on to find us another table after being corrected by the guest and the table was filthy, still had dirty dishes and napkins on it from the previous diners. We never sat down to eat. Instead, we got a refund and left. What a waste of time.

This place is terrible; please keep your money in your pockets. It has a bad vibe; it's empty, disgusting, and dirty. I felt disgusted the entire time; I didn't even want to eat anymore. The staff just stares at you and doesn't say anything; the walls and floors are filthy and messy; the meat and other items by the hibachi aren't cleaned or washed; all in all, this place isn't the same as the other 2. I'll say it again: DO NOT come here to eat.
Me and my family was just there on Saturday. I remember when this place first open it was so nice. It has really truly came down. They need to upgrade the sitting area. It was so tight and very uncomfortable. Specially, if you come with a large group the food was kind ok but the bathroom they need to remodel the whole damn thing It was a hot damn mess. I don’t know what the hell that thing was under the sink a box or something please get started as soon as possible

I remember when me , my family frist came here when the food was on point very nice. For me they can definitely upgrade the bathroom, the sitting area very uncomfortable when you have a group of people. Please upgrade ?

I arrived about thirty minutes after the buffet opened. Service & atmosphere were average and the place was on the smaller side but clean. The food on the hand was pretty cold but including dishes meant to be hot!

Rio Buffet is no longer there.The music was annoying, and the chairs are damaged. If they put more money into maintaining it, the facility would be beautiful. When Rio Buffet originally opened, it used to always be busy; now, though, it seems to be a little ghost town.I loved the Hibachi grill and the crabs ?, even though some of the meats were tough, including the sirloin. The crabs were worth the $16.99 they charged, and they only come out at 3:30 pm.
